It was easy to place order and this is my first time.

If I could give less than one start I would have given it. I booked a photo collage for Father’s Day. First of all the ETA was not mentioned on the order on top of it, it took forever to reach my home that is it came 2 weeks after Father’s Day. Even though I booked it weeks before Father’s Day. And finally when the frame arrived it was only a photo collage no frame or anything on the to the thin flex sheet. Totally disappointed in this. Never going to take anything from this site.

I believe this is a fraud website. We ordered 3 weeks before the Fathers day and it is Childrens day now and it never arrived. It is a fraud website and don't buy anything from this website.

After 1 week from Father’s Day and 1 month after ordered, still not a word about my delivery or refund. Be careful!

I ordered it for Father’s Day on 6/09/25 , it’s been 5days past Father’s Day , I still haven’t received it, tracking keep saying it’s being processed. I’m not happy at all.

The process is easy and straight forwards and payment is fast as well. Waiting for the items to arrive for now.

Order has taken forever to get here. I ordered 2 weeks BEFORE Fathers Day and it’s now 1 week after Fathers Day and I still have not received it. Trying to track it is impossible also without down loading an app!

This is a horrible company. I ordered a keychain about 2 months ago. Within the first few weeks a little bit of the photo chipped off. Then a few days ago, the entire (obviously cheap) sticker came off completely. It’s been 2 months and it’s now just trash. I reached out to them with my issues and they said their warranty is 30 days. They make a crap product and don’t stand behind it. Horrible company. Horrible product. And horrible customer service.

I just hope the heart on bracelet has correct date 1979-2025!! Then I would say excellent

I purchased my first keychain 18 months ago. Had to replace it... It was too perfect not to.

Poor workmanship,not worth the money and one of the wings of the butterfly was broke will not order from them again.

Fast service and shipping. The necklaces came out better than I expected. My daughter and mother in law are going to LOVE them.

I liked that i found what i was looking for and that i could change the grandma decal to say grandpa, otherwise it went easy and successful.

I can't write a review for something that I never received. I am starting to think this is a scam. Was looking forward to seeing what I purchased, but nothing. Very disappointed!
