Extremely slow shipping, item not received & no ETA after nine days

First time ordering from Subset. They mailed my order with DHL rather than a more common provider like USPS or UPS. Nine days later it hasn’t arrived, and the tracking hasn’t updated since last week, so I’m guessing they cheaped out on shipping (which was NOT free with the order!) and got my order lost. Hopefully they will refund easily and not make me use a charge back to get refunded once it is confirmed lost.

Don’t order here if you need your items soon!
