Material was excellent and size was perfectly fitting

I bought a coat from them in the end of December. Few days later I get a email asking if I ordered the right size, which I did. They went ahead with processing. I hear nothing for weeks. I finally get worried and message them from their website asking for the status of my order. It took them nearly another week to answer me. So after a month of waiting and $200+ charge to my credit card they finally responded saying the item saw a surge in demand and is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled and that a full refund is in order. But even that will take a couple of days. They signed it, "Best Regs." Not "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have the chance to earn your business in the future." Something was off about their reply. I feel I was scammed and now they have my credit card info. I've since been getting more scam and spam calls since too. Be very careful with this company if you do order something.

These people are THE BEST! In every aspect of my dealings. Let's start with the communication. Super responsive. They are straight forward with what they can & cannot do. They make sure to give you every opportunity to confirm all parts of your custom order. Did I mention the speed of their response is incredible? Next the packaging. Securely packaged. They took the care to individually protect each patch on my jacket. That was the most impressive 1st interaction. That's a level of care & product protection that exceeds every luxury brand item I own. Lastly the quality. Exceptional as the aforementioned points. I immediately (next payday) ordered a second jacket. Wear Ostrich is an incredible business on all levels.

I received my first order with Wear Ostrich. I placed my order in September and it took about 3-4 weeks to receive. Fully aware it would take that long since it was a custom order. This review is my honest opinion based on my experience.

What I ordered: Liv Morgan Daddy Dom skeleton vest (she wore this at Royal Rumble 2024)

Communication was quick and helpful from start to finish. I communicated through email. I emailed photos directly to the sales department and they then made a complete design and listing for me. They also helped me choose the right size.

I read reviews before hand and was willing to take the risk of maybe receiving something that was subpar or maybe not receiving anything at all. I carted my item probably 5 times before I actually made the purchase.

When the 3 week mark hit I emailed the company worried that I maybe got scammed out of my money since I hadn’t received my order. They responded quickly and assured me my order was shipping in a week.

The order shipped exactly as they said it would. I was relieved that it was on the way. But I still was nervous with what I may receive quality wise. The package shipped FEDEX and I was provided a tracking number by Wear Ostrich and also FEDEX since I have an account with them. The package originated from Pakistan and then traveled through Dubai, Paris, then USA. The shipping took about 5 days.

When the package arrived I can’t even tell you how nervous I was to open it. I prepared myself to not be too disappointed if it wasn’t what I expected. When I opened the box the vest was packaged neatly inside a sealed bag. I carefully opened the bag and took the vest out.

Omg !!! Was my initial reaction. I can’t even describe how happy I was when I opened that package. It was more amazing than I ever thought it would be. I literally could not stop smiling. It was perfect,

I don’t know how they made this vest so perfect, but it blew me away. The quality is well worth the money I paid. The leather is so soft and the design is so perfect. The lettering I expected that they would print it cheaply instead of actual patches. Instead it was actual Daddy Dom patch sewn on ! I am so in love with this vest. Obsessed actually.

I am 100% happy with my purchase and I hope this review helps anyone else that may be as nervous as I was. I really like the quality of the jacket I purchased. I was most impressed w/ how the company reached out to ensure I was getting the right size. Customer service was excellent and responded in timely manner to e-mail questions and request.

Quick, efficient, well priced, excellent product. The company was incredibly communicative.

Delivered a month after the date promised. Can’t comment on the quality of the item since it remains unopened. After a return request, lines of communication went silent. To add insult to the purchase, I just received a bill from FedEx for customs charges.
Avoid this seller.

What an amazing piece suits me well perfectly sewed and fitting made to perfection. Exactly what I was looking for

Buy nothing. The store is in so called Italy but they make jackets of an assembly line in Pakistan.. The products they show are not the same they deliver. The products are bad quality imitations. Horrible quality and the name of jacket are patches sewed on top. They send it so called free instead of charging shipping. So you pay additional taxes on top. Buy the original somewhere else.

I have to admit, I was truly impressed with my Squid Game Player Costume. Even after reading the good customer reviews, I was thinking the reviews were overrated or over-exaggerated. The costume looks really good and authentic, as if I was in the movie. It was definitely worth the purchase.

My first surprise was the personal email asking for detailed measurements which I gave. The product was for my son`s birthday, which I also related. To my astonishment it came far in advance of the date I needed it and it was perfect.
