Amazing products, quick delivery, excellent customer service

My first order had incorrect sizes for some garments, and others that were 'small' for the listed size. No issues with the exchange process, and explained very well via e-mail. Very helpful instructions.
My second order sizes were fine, however one garment arrived with flaws - pulled threads and a hole. Again, no issues with the exchange / replacement process, and good follow up correspondence.
Both returns however were to my cost - which I accept for the 'sizing' anomalies, however for faulty goods, perhaps consider a free returns policy. For one garment, a $10 return cost for postage makes the economics marginal.
Correspondence via e-mail was prompt, helpful, courteous and resolved my queries - and was personable, so well done for that.

I ordered a harness which was coming from Spain, as time got closer to the event I wanted it for I was concerned if I would receive it in time, so I contacted support, the response was quick, they were very helpful & honest about the fact that it may not arrive in time, they gave me options, they were prepared to change my order for something else if needed, they chased up my order & informed me it would arrive in time, they were also kind enough to give me express delivery with no extra charge to make sure I got the harness in time, wearitout were easy to communicate with & provided fast response, their after sales support I cannot fault, the harness was exactly as advertised on their site, overall it was a very positive experience & I would highly recommend these guys, thanks so much & I look forward to doing more business with you guys, kind regards
