Crap returns policy
Crap returns policy. Will not shop with them again, & I’ll tell all my friends & family not to also.

Unfortunate to see these words, our returns policy is clearly outlined within our policies and all sizing is presented clearly within descriptions with measurements. You and your friends/family would have a much better shopping experience checking the extra parts we put in place on our website to help customers
Faulty and broken item and no way to contact them
The item came and had a bit inside the shoe that was slightly broken and digging into the foot which was not stated in the description and on top of that, I wore them twice (not for vigorous activity) and then the whole front of the shoe began falling off. For £60 I expected better quality or at least a pre warning of the item not being 100% sturdy or having some defects. On top of all of this, their email doesn’t work so I cannot contact them to return the item or get a refund so that’s £60 wasted. Don’t waste your time on unreliable items and shop.

The coat was as described and the delivery was 4 days, the only thing i would add is ...contact with me to let me know they had got my order and tell me when it would be sent out and an expected delivery date expected, other than the lack of communication is my only point , the coat ive got is lovley , and good value for money

Hi, we have reached out to you 3 times on email to provide us with the shipping amount you owe for us to ship to your address you have now changed after we already attempted to ship it to the address you purchased with. Please delete this false claim of us not shipping your items we have already attempted and because you used the wrong address it has come back to us. We have since replied to your emails and asked for postage coverage your items have been ready to ship again for a week

Hi, can see you made 2 purchases and did not see you reach out to us at all about any issues? We have all items checked prior to shipping and items are never listed if they are "well worn" unless described as that so there would have been no issues undisclosed. This is a vintage clothing shop where as per our policy description items are mostly not brand new, please consider this when shopping used and vintage clothing we hope you will support circular fashion in future again
