On the fence about figs
I love the fit! Love the color, love the customization. Price is over the moon though. So will probably be my first and last pair.
And they came out of the package with a horrible smell to them. I had to wash the scrubs multiple times before I could get that smell out.
Other than that, the order was correct and the quality is good, delivered faster than expected.

I was unhappy with my experience this time. I placed the order and contacted support within five minutes to request a size change for the pants, but they were unable to assist. I was told the order was already being processed and that the only options were to cancel it or arrange a return after delivery. This was frustrating, and overall I’m not satisfied with how the situation was handled this time.

The live chat was very useful prior to deciding my purchase. The process was easy and the shipping was super quick although I did choose the express service.
