The quality of this lip balm is horrible. It feels like just plain wax-- it's not moisturizing in the slightest. I love the concept and the container is incredibly cute, but the execution of the actual product is horrible. I feel cheated out of the money for the container.

Excellent lip balm! I apply it before using my lip pencil, and also at bedtime (my lips are still nicely hydrated in the morning!).

I was excited to try but product did not go in case easily and popped out before first use. Reorder entirely new product and with any increase of temperature it fell out of case also. I’m 2 for 2 that I could not use

I really like the quality of the lip balm. It leaves my lips feeling soft without feeling sticky. The scent/flavor is subtle, but just enough. Definitely recommend.

A lot of money for something I can get at a pharmacy for a fraction of the cost. This was a gift for my niece who puts more store in names and labels, and what's trendy at the moment. I won't be doing that again.

I have been using the lip balm for quite a number of weeks and what I have noticed is this lip balm has made my lips more chapped and rough and sore whereas the previous lip balm I was using made my lips soft and smooth so I don't think I'll be using it again which is a real shame.

While I love the concept, cute container and flavors, the refill stick is just too wobbly. This is a shared problem with the deodorant as well. I think the base of both need to be redone so they hold in the containers more securely

Works well wish it had a bit more of a scent ! But overall it’s good. Doesn’t melt in the warm heat of the car so I really appreciate it !
