Wearever Australia stole my money!

Not sure if anyone else has been able to make contact with Wearever Australia????? I ordered in August 2024 and thank goodness only one item as the money has come out of my bank and no product received. I have messaged from their Facebook page and rung the Sydney number on their profile which is now another business.

A recent review

I ordered three pads on this occasion hoping for a repeat of earlier successful orders, I was disappointed.
On this occasion I ordered in July 2024, and it is now mid-October and still no sign of my order.
The lack of contact information is troubling, and I am beginning to doubt the company's bona-fides. From the reviews I have read, it would seem as if the company just does not care anymore. Perhaps an investigation by the ACCC might encourage a more open and accessible response to customers complaints.
Yours sincerely

NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS AND HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY

My Nan loved the underwear I bought for her a couple of years ago. They took MONTHS to arrive and when I finally managed to get a response they sent them in just a few days. I stupidly ordered from them again as my nan requested the same ones. I ordered in FEB 2024. They should have taken 7-10days to ship and I have yet to receive them. It’s now AUGUST! They have kept my money and not produced and sent what I ordered. I don’t even know what to do anymore because their email bounces back as undelivered and they have no phone number. Their Facebook and instagram have ignored my message. I just can’t believe that this company is able to do this. It’s so frustrating because the products are expensive and they are taking advantage of people and their vulnerabilities. It makes me so angry! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The underwear leaks badly

The underwear leaks badly, is bulky and costly and the company does not respond to their chatbot or emails. I've been trying to get contact to return unopened products and they just don't respond. Much better products are available and there are certainly more ethical companies to deal with. Don't touch them.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have a history of taking money and not delivering goods. They do not answer emails and do not answer their chat line. I ordered goods in September. At first there were phone calls apologising for non-delivery, but soon there was no response at all. Especially when I ask for my money back!!!
