Very helpfull, not pushy, a bit expensive, but as pensioners a little rise each year is expected.

Best travel insurance i have found both for price & help

Have used this company for several years now and have found that when it comes to taking money customer service cannot be bettered. However when making a claim you are swiftly referred toa claims management company that completely ignores you, hence Planet Earth avoids paying out.

I have not as yet had to make a claim so cannot comment how they conduct their business but am very pleased in the quick and efficient way the company processed setting up my holiday insurance policy.
