Placed an order on the 3rd January, it was dispatched 3 days later, and I still haven’t received it. It’s currently in customs, not at the destination either so it’s likely to be another few days before receiving it. (Which would be 4 weeks after placing the order) Have had no contact from the company or emails communicating delays etc.. very poor.

I had a missing item from my order. I was worried I would just be offered a refund as I had purchased the item in the sale but it was now back to full price. I used the live chat to speak to Jason, I sent him some pictures of the package and he ordered me a replacement top straight away. Dealt with the original issue very quickly and no hoops to jump through

@gracebeverley @wearetala I am so disappointed by Tala quality and by your customer service. After wanting a Tala puffer so long, my boyfriend ordered me the floor length coat, along with a reversible puffer for Christmas. The coat was dirty and the puffer was defective - the arm was completely twisted to the point where I couldn’t even get mine through. I don’t know how that gets past quality control. We complained, sent it back, re-ordered and YOU SENT THE SAME JACKET BACK!! Quality control, returns management and logistics flawed beyond belief. We complained again and simply got told (after 3 days) to return the jacket again… absolutely awful

Return sent back for order number 1324179 which I’ve received no refund back for. I have received and email stating the item had been returned and it shows on royalmail’s tracking page the item had been received back plus the item which was sent to me was the incorrect size so no good to me, totally unhelpful customer service so will never be ordering again from the company

My number one activewear (and anything else) brand. All of my leggings and cycling shorts come from here, and treated myself to the long blazer which I LOVE. I feel so put together every time!!

I contacted TALA customer service to ask about stock availability for a specific item (Rugby Polo Sweatshirt, Black/Ivory Stripe, size XS). Customer service replied confirming they had stock in the Carnaby store (agent: Nneka, TALA HQ).
I went to the store around 3 hours after receiving that email, only to be told they definitely do not have it, it is sold out, and they will not be getting new stock. The staff also mentioned that customer service should have called the store to check before referring me there.
This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially after making the effort to travel based on what I was told. It means you can’t rely on customer service information, which really damages trust.

Absolutely love the TALA Shepherd’s Bush Westfield store — I couldn’t recommend it any more.
I originally went in to try on a coat I’d wanted for ages, and from the moment I walked in the girls were nothing short of amazing. So friendly, so welcoming, and genuinely such a joy to be around.
Since that first visit, baring in mind it’s a 2 hour drive each way! I’ve been back four times, which honestly says it all. Every single visit has been just as lovely — the team are consistently warm, helpful, and full of great energy. I genuinely wish I could spend every day in there.
The store itself is gorgeous, the products are incredible, and the team truly make the experience. Such a credit to the brand. Also hoping the girls enjoyed the cookies I brought in as a little thank you 🍪🩷
