I’ve been with So-Sure for over 3 years and have had to claim more than once. Every time I’ve had a claim the process has been extremely easily. They provide multiple solutions and allow you to decide what’s best for you. They have a good charge for the excess fee. I would recommend to anyone

It is never a good thing to use an…
It is never a good thing to use an insurance company due to your product being lost or stollen, however, it is always a pleasure to use them when bad luck strikes! Every time I have used SO-Sure has always been good (as far as insurance goes!).
However - Top Tip, you have to constantly chase to get an update and move your claim along, if you miss a call once then it can put your claim back 3 or 4 days! So top tip is to chase and keep the urgency :)

Disappointing service
I was told the service should take 72hrs (including the weekend) but it ended up being 6 days. I would have taken the option to go to a local repairer had I known it would take this long. Also disappointed that I sent the phone in its original box which I didn't receive back.

Cheap and great
Cheap, responsive and did not increase my yearly premium on renewal even though I made a claim in the year. I sent my phone in on a Friday and it was back by wednesday (they say 72 hours on business days) so they were correct, wish I sent Monday haha

I’ve had SO-SURE for 4 years now. I’ve claimed twice for smashed phone and broken screen. Both times I was compensated really fast without a ton of paperwork. It’s worth it if you have an expensive phone.

1st choice colour replacement within the week!
No complaints. Filed my lost phone claim and had a replacement within the week which was very reasonable considering they managed to send me the phone colour of my choice which was a little more rare. Would recommend.

BEWARE
BEWARE, if you can't afford to lose your phone for weeks then STAY AWAY from so sure. They have currently had my phone for 3 weeks, paid the excess over 2 weeks ago and told them i would take any colour as a replacement and that's only how far i have gotten. Still no phone 2 weeks after paying excess, send numinous emails to no reply, BEWARE AND STAY AWAY THEY HOLD ONTO UR PHONE.

I paid this company for a policy that they had not updated despite telling me they had when I needed to claim my old mobile was still on policy as my phone was not working I could not give info they wanted and basically I have lost my phone and paid for service incorrectly
