No goods, no response and no refund. Dodgy reviews keep appearing giving 5 stars but the reviewers only have a couple reviews and both are for this site. Smells like a scam!

Terrible communication. Ordered something in January 2021 and have still not received my goods. I have sent various emails and have had no reply to any of them. I am assuming my goods are proud not in stock. I have requested a refund and have still heard nothing 9 months later!

Only because you can’t give no stars.Goods ordered in August, confirmation email and then nothing.
No response to any type of message. Avoid!

Please, be careful, they are taking money and no items, phone and email doesn’t exist… they took my money three times for table, no money no table( bank gives me back money for two payments- waiting more then year to get money for last table! SCAM SCAM SCAM WEBSITE!!!

My story is the same as the previous reviewer. Ordered goods on 17.8.21 which had a delivery time of 2 - 4 days. Received no confirmation email. They have taken payment from my credit card but not supplied the goods. Have emailed them twice, messaged then via my account twice and filled out there quick response contact form twice. Nothing. The phone no given is a premium number and we probably cost me more than the goods are worth. Will take it up with my credit card provider. Don’t touch them. Checked companies house this Company was dissolved on 7.9.2021.

Seems like a legitimate company. However, made an order on their site and the money was taken from my account, but never received a confirmation email. Contacted them three times over 4 weeks by email; no response. Tried calling and goes straight through to an automated message saying no-one can take your call, leave a message - but not able to leave a message. Am now disputing the charge with my credit card provider.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE. Having not received my goods I chased it by email, messenger and phone to no avail. I then looked up their address on google maps and it doesn't even exist.

Didn't receive the product I ordered, was charged right away. Have sent 2 emails and called but recorded message says they are busy and to leave a message but then you get cut off! Funny how this website is directed at senior/older people and has probably made a fortune out of scamming. I am furious and will try reporting to my credit card company.

Scammers. No email confirmation received, no emails responded to, no product sent. Payment was taken instantly though, of course! All positive 5* reviews for this company have been sent from accounts with only 1 or 2 reviews… almost as if they’d been set-up just to create a fake positive review for this website. If I don’t get a response soon i’ll be taking it further as it’s not right that a site like this should be able to stay active and keep scamming people out of money.

I am baffled to see all the 5*s for this company Senior Brand Intl., as they have proved to be anything but 5* for me! If you ring their number on their website, no company name is mentioned, which is the first alarm bell. Secondly, for such a large organisation, they only have 1 number and no options to go through to the various departments for the different goods they sell. Lastly, for the last 2 weeks I have been trying to contact them, via phone, their website, or email, they never acknowledge receipt, or call/write back! TrustPilot have also said they have not acknowledged any reviews! Hmm....perfect recipe for SCAMMERS if you ask me!

This whole company is a scam. Do not buy from here, I'm shocked they are still up and running. Scammed me out of almost £300. They don't answer messages, don't answer the phone and don't reply on their Instagram. I'm now taking legal action out against them as I've given them enough chances to give me my money back. Any positive reviews you see on here are most likely fake. Spend your money else where.

Please ignore the positive reviews - this is probably the scammers themselves trying to get people to trust the company! Read some of them - I mean really? I even had someone call me to confirm they were shipping my order when they read I had cancelled my card. no order. no contact, no way of contacting them. Too late though, card cancelled so they have conned £40 out of me. I dont understand why they cannot be shut down???

this is my 3rd time buying from them. really happy with my items. the prices are really competitive and the quality is high. delivery was slightly longer which is understandable with the covid situation. overall happy returning customer :)

I am having difficulty with this company and honestly think they are a fraudulent website.
I ordered a BBQ oven kit from their website on the 29/03/2021. I am still waiting for this to be delivered even though I was made to understand that this will be delivered within a week when I placed the order.
I sent an email to their customer enquiry address to for an update but got no response. I also tried calling their phone number which is a Premium Rate number and still no luck.
I will suggest you avoid this company !!!!!!

I noticed favorable reviews at the beginning, then fraudulent claims buried beneath. My experience, they're fraudulent. Seven weeks, no product. Their form webmail page does not have place to insert email address. Using my email account, the email bounced three times. Direct phone call, voicemail suggests calling later or leave message after the "beep"...the call then disconnects. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and made a complaint to the website registrar.

Fake bought a table over a month a go it has not come cant track it and their phones a not getting through its a fake company and they lie take peoples money amd dont send products

Do not waste your money; this is a scam website. Placed order but it didn’t arrive. The phone lines aren’t manned and emails bounce back.

Total scam - took my money instantly but no goods arrived - no response to emails and phone straight to voicemail

I hate people so lazy they use underhand tricks to steal from people. Waste of their talents

Another con merchant. Bought a product online. Took my money. Nothing delivered. Emails bounce back. Now when I Google them their page has been taken down. And I get to kiss goodbye to the money I sent them! Major con job
