Bad first impression, there is not clear support channel or contact, just a poor wiki after signed me up. I have weeks waiting for the results of a technical assessment that is done by a third party platform. This is the reason why other more mature platforms are much better. I don´t usually like to provide this kind of review, but it's a frustration the waste of time. The lack of support and response is a mess.
