I originally ordered the Cosmos Deluxe collection, unfortunately the stock was delayed slightly meaning my order would potentially be a few days late. Claire emailed me to advise of this issue and that they would use Royal Mail 24hr service instead of the 48hr service. She also added another free collar & lead set for the inconvenience. Once received we absolutely loved the Cosmos collection and the free lead & collar set in Sapphire Safari so much so that we immediately placed another order for the Sapphire Safari Harness. Great customer service & satisfaction.

Very good quality, but the sizing between XS/S, Ruby is certainly not an XS just that S harnesses are just little too big even when I’ve tightened the harness as far as it’ll go.

I have bought two sets of matching harness collar and leads the quality is great and there are lots of designs to choose from they arrived really beautifully wrapped they have special offers so good time to buy would recommend

Products are beautiful, bright vibrant colours. When I received my dogs harness and lead set, the harness was a little tight. I sent an email explaining that it was a bit too small and was advised to return product with the invoice stating which size was required from xs to s. The exchange arrived today and fits and looks so lovely on my Chihuahua! Loved it so much I then purchased the poo bag carry pouch, it all matches and looks lovely.
