Worst experience I ever had with any company. STAY FAR AWAY!
After paying the deposit and informing them through the app about my availability, they searched for an instructor which presumably could accomodate me. The search did took more than 3 weeks which was already a red flag. They found an instructor which was not replying to my texts, never answered a call and one week he was able to accomodate me, another two weeks not.
In the end it was getting to close to my exam date so I had to postpone the date and when I requested the money back for the lessons I did not do, the fiasco started. We exchanged emails for another couple of months with myself always chasing them every three weeks (it is impossible to call them). In the end it took so long that I closed that bank account and they said they would not be able to issue a refund into any other bank account so I just gave up and accepted the loss.
Please stay away to not have to go through so much stress and wasted time as I did..

They quickly found an instructor for me who has more than 20 years experience in teaching. Little expensive just for driving lessons. I think they could add Test pricing also.

Otimo save you time and hassle
After covid all driving instructors seem to be fully booked and it is time consuming phoning them up and even harder to find them.
I came across Otimo and they do all the hard and time consuming work of finding a driving instructor for you. They are not a driving school.
It took a month but they did find one and my daughter is very happy.

Very helpful..
Being a learner driver behind the wheels felt overwhelming but my instructor was very helpful and kept reassuring me that if others could do it, then I certainly could. He is very helpful in every step of the lesson and explains everything down to the smallest detail! I still have a couple of lessons left but I already feel confident on the road. I have never regretted my choice with the company. Would choose them again.

Had a really great experience so far with otimo, I spoke to one of the employees called Brooke and she was absolutely amazing and helpful. My driving instructor also is absolutely phenomenal, he is very thorough and is eager to push me to do better and it helps build confidence when on the road. Overall a wonderful company and would recommend this company to everyone!

Quick and easy, a very personal service, and linked me up with a great driver
Had my initial hesitations because Optimo are a new company, but they quickly set me up with a fantastic instructor. They had great comms throughout and were quick to respond to any queries. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a driving instructor, as they take the hassle out of trying to find someone who suits your availability.

Worth the wait, great instructor.
The wait to be connected to a driving instructor was longer than expected but since i’ve been in contact with one i’ve had a few lessons and my instructor is the most patient and supportive person. Had a great experience so far.

No complaints
Initially was hesitant because of the reviews however decided to go for it and I'm glad I did as they were able to find me a local instructor that was cheaper and catered to my needs after around 2 weeks.
The experience was also fairly hands off after the initial survey and they kept me up to date.

Overall pretty good given the demand
While I understand different areas will have different levels of success, mine was actually pretty quick.
Think they are a smaller company atm, but their customer service is really great.

great experience
Otimo were so quick to find me an instructor, my experience so far has been great and I can even get low prices on insurance. My instructor is really patient with me and has made me feel comfortable so I would definitely recommend!!

Had trouble finding driving instructors but these guys helped find one that was right for me. Was nervous about the big deposit i had to pay at first but it came good in the end.

Changed to 3 stars as customer support is genuinely good and they are sorting the issue and refunding me. If I wasn't under pressure to pass my driving test quickly then I wouldn't mind waiting around for a new instructor. But given this isn't the case I'd rather use someone else given I'm now 2 months behind.

I paid deposit since December 12th, I have not been given instructor till now. I have filled the refund form and applied for refund twice yet no response. This is a big scam
