I've been using these bars since August 2024 and continue to be amazed by the quality and flavour. I have a sensitive stomach and an environmental passion and both are served well by OGT. The one off... See more

A great tasting compact bar, and best of all there’s no wrapper to remove 🤩
When in the back pocket, the bar doesn’t pick up any bits, and the bars protective covering tastes ok, certainly nothing to put you off the bar 💪

Tried a taster pack a while ago and enjoyed them. Now signed up for subscription to get on regular basis tasty and no hassle with no wrappers 👍👍

We tried OGT products at the London Marathon Expo and ordered a selection box.
Having used them on some familiar local rides we chose them as our fuel for an attempt to join the Club de Cinglés du Mont Ventoux.
The bars fit neatly into a top tube bag and eating a couple an hour supplemented by energy drink kept us going on all three climbs.
The flavours are pleasant to eat and the bars stay together between bites, or if cut up
In advance.
As the ride continued we needed to make sure to drink when eating them to avoid them feeling too dry
Overall they contributed a lot to our success day to join the Brotherhood of Nutters.

I use these whilst open water swimming. I put them in a little bag attached to my tow float. No worries if the bag gets water in it and no more trying to open up a dry bag with swimming gloves on!
Easily digestible (I really struggle with gels and sports drinks) and tasty - I like chocolate orange best.

Concept: 5/5 love the idea and the whole package-free USP.
Customer service: 5/5 Hadn't heard anything regarding my order, sent a message and had a response very promptly and my order was soon on its way after this.
Product 1/5: Upon opening the box I did notice the smell. Thought it might be the box but upon close inspection it was the bar itself. I tried one just at home (didn't want to try it first on a ride just incase it didn't agree with me). The initial taste was not to my personal taste, the outer layer to me had an almost acrid taste leaving a lingering unpleasant taste in my mouth. The salted caramel filling was nice and got better with each bite. I appreciate you can remove the outer layer but then I think you bypass the point of the product. I also don't think it would negate the taste of the wrapper.
Overall, I loved the idea of this bar and it's whole concept. But if I'm going out to enjoy a ride and have my down-time, I'm not going to mar it with something I don't personally like. Really hope One Good Thing keep up with their amazing idea, and maybe one day I'll try the bars again. I'll pass the bars around to see if others have differing thoughts.

Amazing concept for nutrition bars! I love the company ethos and you will be blown away by the taste! It’s like it had been baked by my granny 😍

I find these bars very easy to eat on the go and they provide consistent and long lasting energy when I'm riding. The flavours are good and I really like the no wrapper selling point, both from an environmental perspective and for ease of use when cycling. The company is also good at communicating with customers regarding any issues they are facing which might affect the customer

Products are fantastic, used to support marathon training/event. Easy to carry and consume, taste fantastic and provide plenty of energy. Love the wax wrapping so happy to pay a bit more to reduce plastic waste!
Service has also been excellent, packaged well and very honest email around slight delays to shipping due to spike in interest and events placing high demand on a small business!

from the ordering process, to receiving the product itself, really efficient service. Quick and friendly responses to any queries. Always feel up to date if there are any postal issues. The product itself is super tasty, really convenient while out on the bike, with plenty of carbs for fueling longer rides and runs. Love that they come in a cardboard box as well so great for the environment in so many ways

Great tasting innovative product ! Well done for bringing this to the market, I will definitely be using the cherry bakewell bars for fuelling long runs and rides.

Really like these bars. I’ve had the selection box to start with and love all of the flavours. Super convenient without wrappers too of course and the outer wax layer is tasty enough too.
If they’re good enough to be recommended by a pro cyclist friend like Matt H then they’re good enough for me too.

These little snack bars are brilliant. Not too sweet, lots of flavour, natural and no faff to eat on the bike. Love them.

I tried a sample of OGT bars at a triathlon event and was surprised at how good they taste. As someone who covers hundreds of miles a week on the bike I have always mixed nutrition to keep my carb levels full and have often cut up granola bars or taken breakfast style biscuits which often turn to crumbs or end up needing to stop to eat. OGT bars are great with many flavours so you don’t get bored of the same taste over and over. They are easy to digest and the most convenient part for me is the solution of wrappers! I’m now a subscriber and see these as a must part of my nutrition needs for training and racing.

These activity snacks are really tasty and convenient. The fact there are no wrappers is great. I have used them on a number of long cycle rides and they fit perfectly in a back pocket. They have a good range of flavours which all taste good although the cherry bakewell is my favourite. At the moment you can only buy through a subscription otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Really enjoying these bars! They taste great, no waste and we have them on subscription so we are always stocked for our next adventure. We carry them in a snack bag the same as we would carry nuts or sandwiches and they seem to hold up well to being squashed in a bag.
They arrive promptly, work very well and taste very good - what's not to like?
I have been working for a few years to reduce my impact on the environment. Balancing that with being a committed cyclist led me to looking at what was on the market that didn't come in plastic wrapping. I tried OGT as a result. The taste is good, particularly during serious exercise. I have carried them in jersey pockets and not had any issues. I did actually forget one was in my pocket on one ride and lay on my back whilst resting in the sunshine. The bar survived fine.
