I have been buying Little’s Rich Hazelnut instant coffee for years, and it is not the same product anymore.
The hazelnut flavour has virtually disappeared, the coffee now tastes bitter yet oddly bland, and I have to use two teaspoons per cup instead of one heaped teaspoon just to get anything resembling flavour — and even then, the hazelnut is barely detectable.
I contacted Little’s directly to raise this, and the response was extremely disappointing. I was simply told that nothing has changed, with no attempt to engage seriously with my feedback. The implication was essentially that the problem was my imagination, despite the very obvious loss of flavour and change in taste.
I have an experienced palate and know exactly how this coffee used to taste. Something has changed — whether it’s the beans, the roast, the flavouring strength, or the processing — and dismissing loyal customers instead of acknowledging the issue is not acceptable.
Sadly, this was once a favourite, but I won’t be buying it again.

Trying to find variants in decaf coffee is impossible and disheartening
!!!! But now with this amazing company wow !!!
I bought a jar of (now my fav coffee .) hazelnut at a local garden centre ,
I then googled the coffee company l and found They have all the flavours you can think off ! And decaf all the way !!!
It’s instant but !!!!! It has a smooth taste unlike all other instant decaf coffees great quality
I add mine also to roasted ground coffee and mmmmm delicious . And take with me when decaf coffee is not an option

Only downside is cost unfortunatley I can’t afford regularly . But that’s quality and I 100% back them as a customer .

Saw on Dragon's Den, thought I'd give them a chance. Ordered small jar of Columbian instant and hazelnut flavour. Columbian was absolutely tasteless. Maybe clever marketing needing to triple the dose to get any flavour? Happy to see the end of the jar. Hazelnut flavour tastes as bad as the jar smells. Horrible.

Good coffee but shocking customer service. Last coffee subscription lost by courier but still waiting for promised refund from Little’s for over 3 weeks now. Numerous emails sent to chase refund but they just ignore.

I’m a coffee lover and have always stuck to the traditional way of drinking it. I came across this one at John Lewis and decided to try something different. Paired with a touch of double cream, the slight bitterness of the coffee blends beautifully with the richness, especially alongside an almond croissant.
Sometimes, trying a new flavour is all it takes to refresh the start of a new day. 🌿

Five stars for the coffee, -4 for having such disregard for the customer that they use Evri for delivery. I still haven't received my order after 4 days. They charged £3.50 for delivery. I feel that companies that use Evri should offer a negative postage charge for the hassle of having to chase the order and go through the process of a refund / replacement.
I won't be using them again until they use a proper courier or at least provide the option of an alternative.

Great coffee - the office loves it and we need to reorder it monthly. Especially love the Pumpkin Spice.
Have had a few annoying delivery problems with their supplier but their Customer Service agent Aimee is brilliant and responds almost immediately.
Definitely give it a try if you like something a little different in your coffee..

The delivery times are insane. It’s been over a week now and still haven’t received my order. They really need to address who they are using or improve the shipping times. It’s 2025 speed of delivery is important !! I already won’t buy again simply because of how slow the delivery is.
