Purchased the Gmys for immunity. Had lots of coughs colds and generally feeling unwell. Only been taking a couple of months and noticed a difference in that I have not had any bouts of illness since and feel generally better and less tired. I am not able to swallow the huge tablets that most of these vitamins come in and these are easy to swallow and taste like a sweet. Thank you Gmys!
