Prompt service. The toilet paper is lovely and smooth and so lovely with the individual wrapping. I would highly recommend.

seemed good at first but quality didnt seem as great as i wanted (i have a senstive bum)

ive been trying to cancel my subscription for many many months but the website does not show my subscription at all - only way i can do it is "delay" the subcription via the email reminder - but I cant find a way to cancel -- 2nd attempt to cancel via email as seems they didnt get my first email.

either way i do NOT have £46 to spare for my apparent subscription in 2 days which i dont want/need.

while their toilet roll seems decent and i like the sustatinability, its very very very hard to cancel as theres no subscriptions listed on the account (but shows every time ive paid for it) but no way to cancel/stop the subscriptions at all. - this is why it loses 2 stars of rating as its almost impossible -- hopefully it will get resolved soon

Love the whole thing. Quality product: big rolls which are strong and absorbent, easy ordering system with the ability to adjust as necessary, committed environmental outlook and brilliant packaging.

Pleasantly surprized by how soft this paper is.

Been using Bazoo for a while now. Love their products. Our most recent delivery was lost by Evri and Bazoo quickly sorted out a replacement and were extremely helpful in sorting it out.

several emails telling me a problem with my payment, no change to my bank or card and when i contacted my bank they confirmed had been not requests for payment and the had not declined any. Messaged via website but no reply. checked on my account and card listed still valid till 2026 so no idea what problem is. no phone number to have a conversation and do not reply to messages, I will have to stop ordering and go elsewhere

unbleached, soft, no plastic - win, win, win. If every company paid a tenth as much attention to our planet and environment as Bazoo does, just imagine how much healthier the world would be..........

I’ve been a bazoo customer for quite some time and order the unbleached bamboo toilet roll which is great I’m pleased that I can help contribute to environmental sustainability, the toilet rolls last for ages and are still soft, good quality to use.

I love the rolls! Very very soft, more than other popular “wrapped” eco toilet paper brands. Besides the customer service is outstanding, they replied very quickly to one of my queries! I will order again once I go through all my looo rolls! ☺️

I love the Bazoo toilet rolls. We used to get through so many rolls, one per day, but these are stronger, longer and softer than most other brands.
The paper wrapping with blurb about endangered wildlife looks cool in the bathroom when one is waiting to replace the current roll, and I love there's absolutely no plastic involved in the delivery.
We are a family of 4, my teenage sons are very heavy handed, but a box of 48 lasts us literally for months.
I also love that I am supporting a UK startup. Communication is great, I'm honestly really impressed with Bazoo!

Only just received my box of 48 rolls of toilet paper. Was impressed that there’s no bleaching of the paper and I’m quite happy with the beige, matches my bathroom. Sheets are a bit smaller than traditional tp but are more absorbant and don’t break up. Very pleased so far with my purchase.

I love this company. Their toilet paper is amazing with no plastic guilt and the delivery subscription is so easy to use and change unlike so many others. As a bonus the wrapping is so pretty you want it in show.

Recently placed my order, but the courier lost it,contacted bazoo customer service who sprang into action, sent a replacement order and kept in touch. The absolute best customer service I have ever had. The products are great and I will reorder again.

Really pleased with the quality of the products. Everything arrives as expected and delivery was nice and quick. I also had to get in touch with the customer service team to request a receipt for expenses, and they were super helpful and responded really quickly. I'll happily order from them again.

I absolutely love the toilet roll, which is twice the length of normal paper toilet roll. On average a roll lasts me nine days, which is amazing!
I also love the company ethos and the fact no trees are being cut down for this product!

I contacted Bazoo when the delivery was missing a part of the order and they were super quick to respond and reissue the missing order FOC.

Good product and good service. I had a bit of an issue as the laundry sheets had been missed out but they were very helpful and sorted the problem very quickly.
