First time using Wealthify. Penelope was very helpful on phone when setting up transfer money to my granddaughter’s JISA. Reason not give 5 stars was the background noise rather distracting.

Very helpful staff
Penelope was very helpful with an IT problem I had in the recovery of figures. Staff at this company are always very good to deal with which is what sparked this review. However on another note, the [past returns, well, real terms losses, were unfortunately too disappointing for me and I left but that's the gamble you take.

Asked for a withdrawal from my stocks and shares cash holding outside of normal working hours and it was completed within 30 minutes. Many other companies use the 15 day rule as a target rather than moving the asset as soon as they can.
