My application was rejected as the signature on my application didn't match my banks. I received this email on 14th July.
To allow the transfer to proceed, we will need a transfer authority form signed with a signature that matches their records.
To help ensure your transfer proceeds as smoothly as possible and without delay, we’d appreciate an update by 28/07/2026. If we don’t receive it by this date,
As requested I contacted yourselves and spoke to JOSH, who said I am unable to sign a new transfer request, which you had requested! I must cancel my application and start a full new application.
This is not what the email you sent me said it says as long as I sign a new transfer request before 28th July the transfer will proceed.
As JOSH was unable to help with this matter sadly I have asked him to cancel.
Such a shame I am sure if I had spoken to Penelope she would have been able to help.

Invest with confidence
