I love all of the dresses I received! The fabric is very comfortable. I recommend ordering smaller sizes in these types of dresses than normal. They are very flowing and comfortable!

Although shipping was longer than expected. The quality is great. Will order again from this company.

This company is awful! No returns and offer you $12.00 to keep dresses you paid $80.00+. Completely unacceptable they should say all items are final sale.
The fabric was awful cute style but material was like a cheap nightgown…

I am very unsatisfied with my order. Neither dress that I ordered fits well. Now, the company is giving me a hard time to return it. They only offered to refund me about a third of what I paid! The garments look cheap, they do not fit according to the size chart. They are made out of flimsy polyester material.

Dresses are not true to size (they run like two sizes smaller)

I was initially nervous about ordering internationally as I've done this before with another company and the sizing was SO wrong and I never got resolution. This experience was completely different. I ordered 3 shirts based on their sizing guide. All three fit perfectly. The order took about 2 weeks to arrive (give or take a day or two) and I was able to track it the whole time. Very happy overall and will likely order again. Thank you!!

Returning an item wasn’t possible, continuously offered minimum compensation instead of allowing me to return for a full refund. Was told the shipping costs wouldn’t be worth it due to their warehouse being in Dubai. Others have stated it was in China.
Will not buy from this company again.

The shirts is purchased were beautiful it took longer than I expected to receive them but a great shopping experience :)

I purchased LuluFashion Bohemian Beauty Green Maxi Dress. I found the material and pattern lovely. I purchased a small and am 165 cm and 59 kg and it was just big enough. The customer service was very good too. I am about to purchase some sweaters now.

I found the products I purchased through Weabel Facebook site. They state in comments on posts, that they offer a “money back 30 day guarantee” and “items can be returned for a full free refund or exchange if
there is a quality issue, incorrect
size or color discrepancy, we
guarantee.” Their wording. I have screenshots.

So when my 2 x dresses arrived and were the wrong size (plus some awful material), I contacted the to arrange return and a refund.

The first reply was” We are really sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s). We can refund you $30 as compensation, you can keep the item(s), is that ok?

Um, no it’s not.

“We are so sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation. Are you willing to accept $45 refund and keep the item (s)?You don't need to return them.
The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself.”

In the same currency, I paid $80.98 for the items.

Unless you are satisfied with your product(s) and intend on keeping them, I fear you will face the same problems.

Took a long time to come. Had to make contact with you to sort out delivery. 6 weeks is a bit to long to wait for a dress you wanted to wear for Christmas

Good quality and happy with sizing.

My order took a little longer to get to Australia but I understand the delays are due to Covid etc.
When I received the order I was very happy with the quality of the 4 shirts I ordered. The sizing was also correct.

My friend is very happy with her Chrissy dress except it didn't arrive in time for Christmas Day which was disappointing
