The We-Vibe Tango X is the worst vibrator I’ve ever had. Significantly worse than 20$ vibrators. A far stretch from the claim of ‘most powerful vibrator’. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone.

The charger didn’t fit
The charger didn’t fit. I sent an e-mail to the address I received with the order. I received no response.
I went on the internet to look for an alternate address. In their response
they explained that it was not their product but that their company had a similar name. At least they replied.
After a couple of months I finally gave up and threw the product in the garbage. Not pleased.

Good product....app totally sucks .very buggy and hard to connect. Tried numerous times. Also, will only connect for play with partner over wifi. That sucks. I have purchased 3 we/vibe products. I will purchase no more because of the app subpar performance. Very disappointing in an otherwise promising product.

This company completely scammed me
This company completely scammed me. I bought the Melt 2 and it didn’t connect to my partners phone. They suggested an alternative for me and it wasn’t even one that could be used remotely. I’m livid and close to tears cause I just wanted something I could have with my partner but instead I’m out $170.

They use Evri, no ability to contact anyone for support
They use Evri. That should tell you a lot.
On my part it does seem that somehow my address managed to go in wrong so that there was a postcode and a street but no number.
IT took longer than the estimated 1-3 business days for the deliver to even be attempted, any notifications for changes in delivery status were hours or days behind when they changed on Evri's site.
I got an update about a week after ordering that the delivery driver didn't have an accurate address, I immediately used the "deliver to a neighbor" option to select my address so I'd get my delivery at some point.
Another week went by with no update, I tried to contact we-vibe about this or get any information.
The options for we-vibe support are to engage with an "AI" chatbot that doesn;t help in any way shape or form, constantly asks for validation information even when already validated in the same conversation chain, and doesn't skip validation if you're already logged in, it offered to create a support ticket, asked me to validate for the third time, then failed to create one. Useless.
Eventually found a link to a support form whereby someone will get back to me within 5-10 business days
MEanwhile it's been about two weeks since I ordered the product, haven't received it, suddenly got a notification from the delivery company that it's "delayed" (really? I never noticed) and the following day that it's going back to the sender with no explainaing or further delivery attempts even though I gave the correct information after the first problem was identified.
Evri will not allow you to update the delivery address directly stating that you need to contact the sender for this, but you can't contact the sender because we-vibe do not respond for over a week.
14 days later, no item, no reason for the delay or the return to sender, and no update from we-vibe.

Customer service amazing
Customer service amazing! Ordered the WeVibe Nova 2 — had it for a year, but soon the toy grew extraordinarily loud, took ages to charge and grew hot to touch despite little use. Customer service sent me a new one free of charge and it is in peak condition. Excited to use!
