The coach was very helpful. Always free for guidance and support at any time. I found the training programme useful and it gave me a insight into how to structure my training in the future. Very knowledgeable and keen to aide.

Alexa put together a great and easy to follow plan for a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience with Kate
Fantastic experience with Kate. I had a deferred London Marathon place and was seriously unfit. I had also had a baby a few months prior and was keen to avoid doing myself any damage. Kate was supportive and communicative at all times, and I ended up smashing my A+ goal.
The selection process for the coaches…
The selection process for the coaches was really easy and simple and the response back was very quick. I was allocated to Angela who was the perfect coach for what I needed. Angela pushed me to challenge myself, use the we run resources to aid my training, and was available any time for advice or questions through WhatsApp. I cannot fault Angela’s training style. I couldn’t even run 5K when we first started working together but with a lot of patience Angela pushed me to my final goal which was the London Marathon! Angelas weekly catch ups allow flexibility for ever changing rotas and shift work along with day to day life. There was no pressure if things got in the way and Angela was very understanding and flexible when shifts change or runs couldn’t be completed. Despite my chaotic schedule at times, Angela coached me to run 3 times a week and
Helped me reach my goal within a few months of working together. Angela as a coach is very encouraging, straight talking so you know you can trust what she says, very experienced in running, friendly, supportive and flexible. Kate, my coach, was everything I could possibly have asked for. She kept me accountable, adapted my plan, moved things around for me, answered every question I had, and didn't panic when I picked up an injury. I ran the London Marathon with her help, and it was probably the best run I've ever done in terms of pacing it right, keeping going, and finishing strong. I cannot thank Kate and the WeRun team enough.

Excellent quality coaching and gave me a really easy way to actually find and connect with a coach near me.
My only bit of feedback for We-Run would be to improve their website a bit by adding some kind of "My Account" login where you can view your current subscription/payment details and more easily access other services.

We Run paired me up with Coach Louis. I can't begin to share how great my experience has been! Setting up payments, working with Louis, all of it has been great! Louis is AMAZING!!! He knows me now and knows where I've had issues. We are working through those. I look forward to doing more with Louis!
Brilliant training plans to reach your goals!
Alexa has provided me with 3 training plans so far - two for half marathons and one for my first full marathon. She is brilliant and so knowledgeable! She has handy tips and lots of advice and was always happy to answer any additional queries as I went along. Following her plans has kept me disciplined and fully ready for each race - I had completely underestimated the importance of a good training plan and I even finished each race in a time I hadn't thought was possible!
Kate has been a fantastic support
Kate has been a fantastic support. I have a busy lifestyle and Kate was very accommodating to fitting my training schedule around my weekday commitments. She was encouraging throughout and kept in regular contact to ensure that she assessed each of my runs and progress as i went through the training program. Thanks to her great training schedule I managed to achieve a PB way above and beyond what I thought I could (sub 2 hr for half marathon).

I have been running for a couple of years now, I finally got the courage to book myself into my first full marathon for April, even tho I knew i could do the distance I really wanted to better my time. I was struggling to get under 3.50 and couldn’t work out how to better it. All the advice on marathon training online was confusing me so I decided to look into a coach. I googled online and enquired with ‘we run’ within a few hours I had received an email from Nigel Sanderson explaining what he could do to try and help my time. After an in-depth phone conversation I had booked ten sessions and we were meeting the following week. The meet location was of my Choice and literally
5 mins from my house so perfect. Nigel was very informative and clearly knew what he was talking about. We saw each other weekly for an hour and trained, nigel kept the sessions interesting by changing them up, we did interval speed training, hill training, marathon pace training. In between our face to face sessions Nigel was constantly in contact via WhatsApp with my weeks training plan and was always checking in to see how my runs had gone, how I was feeling etc etc. he logged all my results so we could see how I was improving . I completely trusted in Nigel and listened to all
His advice and followed his instructions to the letter. And proof is in the pudding, my first marathon was Brighton on April 2nd and I finished at 3.26!! Infact so committed is Nigel that he knew my finish time before me as he had been tracking me the whole way on the app. I seriously cannot thank Nigel enough. I am So glad I contacted ‘we run’ when I did as I know I never would have made This time if I hadn’t. I’ve got an ultra run booked for July so I have just bought my Next ten sessions with Nigel. I’m excited to see where he can get me on this one . Thank you ‘we run’ but a massive heartfelt thank you to coach Nigel.

Angela did a really thorough assessment and gave me useful feedback and tips to improve my running style. I noticed a difference to my technique straight away during the session and have a really detailed report to refer back to during my training. I am getting back to running after an injury last year and the session gave me confidence to move forward with my training
