Whenever I called the office up, everyone was always really friendly and happy to help, particularly Kate who we dealt with a lot throughout the transaction. Had my property up for sale for over a year with multiple estate agents with no success. It wasn’t until appointing WeLocate, did I realise just how an estate agent should act.

WeLocate would be described as a ‘Go the extra mile’ kind of business. Well thought out In depth photos, a promo video and easy communication via phone, email and a what’s app chat made life very easy as a pose to most previous agents Iv dealt with.

From day one there was complete transparency in terms of valuations and viewings on the property, with much communication provided throughout.

My property was sold within approximately 3 months which was a fabulous achievement and outcome.
