Unbelievable firm, customer support is fantastic both on discord and live chat, just been on live chat now and Sammie sorted my issue out in 20 mins and was really helpful

The most astounding feature of wefund is their excellent trading conditions. Spreads are very favourable and there are no unnecessary spikes during trading sessions. Their rules are also favourable for traders. I highly recommend them.

I just joined Wefund and so far I am very happy, Wefund supports MT5 and they use a licensed MT5 broker which is also a major plus, so you know your trading will be secured, also the use HFT is really good for fadt paced trading.

Unresolved Case for Over Three Weeks — Still No Clear Outcome”
I have been waiting for more than 14 business days for WeFund to resolve a very simple and clear issue regarding my account breach date and loss calculation.
Throughout this period, I have only received the same repeated automated response:
“We’ve received your message, we will check with the team, and get back to you shortly.”
This has been repeated for over 3 weeks with no real update, no clear explanation, and no timeframe for resolution.
My case involves:
• A conflict in the breach date (20 November vs 21 November).
• A difference between MT5 actual loss and the loss calculated by WeFund’s system.
• A complete absence of transparent evidence showing how the breach was triggered.
Despite reaching out multiple times through email and Trustpilot’s business contact channel, the case is still “under review” with no progress.
I believe a funded-account firm should provide:
• Transparent logs
• Clear communication
• A realistic timeframe for investigations
• Fair handling of disputes
Unfortunately, none of these happened in my case.
I hope this public review encourages the team to finally address my issue seriously and provide a fair resolution.

whenever your balance come close to daily drwadown and you got to cut their system breaches your account wether you are left with 10 dollar balance they will still make it breach by increasing the spread at that moment and ll 5star reviews are done by their friends and family or people working into their organisation as you mentioned that every review is real then why do you have opened a criteria to earn 5 we coins when a trader give 5 star on Trustpilot

First, we want to clarify that spreads are not controlled or manipulated by WeFund. Spreads are provided directly by our liquidity partners, and they widen naturally during high-volatility moments in the market. This can affect all traders industry-wide, regardless of the prop firm they use. We never adjust spreads to cause breaches and we cannot alter executions based on individual trader performance.
Regarding the breach itself, every account breach is fully logged and verifiable inside the MT5 journal, including timestamps, equity values, and executed trades. If you believe something was inaccurate, we’re more than willing to review the account transparently with you.
As for the claim about reviews, all Trustpilot reviews are posted by real traders who use our platform. We do not incentivize or fabricate feedback. Traders can leave both positive and negative reviews at any time.
