Deeply DDeeply Disappointed by WB Pennine Solicitors' Handling of My Case

Deeply Disappointed by WB Pennine Solicitors' Handling of My Case

My experience with WB Pennine Solicitors has been nothing short of devastating. I instructed them to act on my behalf for a critical property sale that required competent, timely, and professional legal handling. What I received instead was unacceptable negligence and delay that has now cost me my property.

Despite multiple efforts on my part—emails, phone calls, letters by special delivery, and even court intervention—key deadlines were missed. The courts had granted more than enough time to complete the sale. The buyer was ready. I was ready. Yet WB Pennine Solicitors failed to act, failed to communicate effectively, and failed in their legal duty of care.

I am now seeking £100,000 in compensation through the Legal Ombudsman and the County Court for the financial and emotional damage caused by their inaction. I would never wish this experience on anyone else.

If you're thinking of using this firm, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My trust was completely broken, and the consequences were life-changing.
