My Waterpump had failed and I brought an oem one from elsewhere that took forever to dispatch , But cancelled that and brought one from wayside who got it to me next day delivery ready to fit on the Car at the weekend, Thanks Again .

This is not a review I wanted to leave, I had my W177 A250 (the car was 3 years old with 26k miles) in for a stage 1 remap and the worst possible issue happened, the turbo failed (blown)

I have since had the broken turbo examined and the cause of failure was down to overboost of the turbine

As the remap was removed and put back to stock I was not able to get the ecu data checked out to see what the cause of failure was down to although the actuator/wastegate/oil lines where all checked on repair and in good working order.
with him doing this to me looks suspicious and points towards the map

As far as I am aware/seen Chris did not do any pre checks, which should of been done before dyno run

I have tried to reach out to Chris multiple times via email to come to some sort of compensation agreement as the repairs cost me over 2k and the result of having no car for 4 weeks, I was not asking Chris for the full amount I thought 50/50 was fair

I appreciate Chris organised and paid for a recovery back to Manchester but did not take liability of the blown turbo which was disappointing

Just ordered and received parts this week. Very quick and efficient service with goo prices too. I'll hopefully be getting my car remapped from wayside in the coming months
