Professional team and definitely recommend

Waygo team was professional, they brief everything before the journey start. There was no tension along the tour, except pushing own physical & psychology to the maximum limit and very very very tiring for me. Hope I didn’t give you guys any trouble but definitely will come back again.

Thanks for the amazing tour

Thanks for the amazing tour, Alex and the team! I had a blast—especially the daily Olle route walks, where discovering those charming cafes tucked away along the trails was the perfect way to recharge. Every meal you chose was such a delicious surprise, too. But the real standout was that final Hallasan hike; even with the bad weather, it was such an intense and memorable experience. It was a truly unique experience I will never forget.

"Ghosted" by their Customer Support

I am beyond disappointed with the experience I’ve had with their company: TMB-Way. I booked a TMB trek scheduled for July, having completed my registration and payment back in January.

Unfortunately, I encountered a scheduling conflict in March and reached out immediately to resolve it. Since then, the experience has been a nightmare of total silence:

- Ignored Requests: I sent multiple emails asking to switch to other available dates listed on their website. I received zero response.

- Refund Policy Violation: After being ignored, I requested a refund. Their own policy states a 50% refund is available for cancellations made more than 60 days before departure. Again, I received no reply.

- Broken Contact Info: I attempted to contact the alternative email provided online (their outlook email), only to find that the email address is completely non-functional. And I leave message via "Contact Us" on their website and got no reponse as well.

- Intentional Avoidance: What makes this worse is that their primary Gmail address clearly works—they were quick to reply when I was confirming my initial payment. Now that I need support or a refund, they have intentionally stopped responding to my emails and website messages.

It is unacceptable for a travel company to "ghost" their customers after taking their money. If you value communication and reliability, I strongly suggest booking your TMB tour elsewhere. Avoid TMB-Way and Waygo Outdoor.

I am incredibly sorry. Reading about your experience is truly heartbreaking because it is the exact opposite of the support we strive to provide. You have every right to be frustrated, it is clear we dropped the ball, and we own that completely.

What Happened To be transparent, your request arrived while our primary operations team was off-site managing our mid-season tours. During this high-volume period, an internal transition in our support system caused several inquiries to be misdirected. We failed to monitor these correctly, and for that, we apologize.

Technical Issue
Regarding the secondary Outlook email, we investigated the issue and identified a delivery error on our end that prevented your messages from reaching our server. We are currently rectifying this to ensure our backup channels are as reliable as our primary ones.

Our Commitment to You
Please know that we would never intentionally ignore a customer. We care deeply about the TMB and our hikers, and it pains us that our lack of communication made you feel otherwise.

Refund Status: Your refund has now been fully processed.

Moving forward: This has served as a serious wake-up call. We are overhauling our support systems to ensure our office remains responsive, even when our guides are out on the trail.

We know we missed the mark this time, but we truly appreciate you holding us accountable. We wish you nothing but the best on your future treks.

Tour du Mont Blanc

I've recently completed the Tour du Mont Blanc with Khai leading the group. I'm still in disbelieved that I've managed to complete it as this is my first time doing multi day hikes.

Khai has been supportive and comforting in equal measure during the trip to help newbies like me ease into the hike without feeling overwhelmed.
