By far the best exchange in Australia, I've tried several others and all of them struggle to deal with support issues or response times in general. It's easy to swap the card to use different crypto currencies the platform supports FIAT and transferring on most networks. I look forward to full support for token swaps.

Had multiple transfers of crypto blocked for so called security reasons. Then had to listen to a scam lecture even though I've traded with the brokers for many years and they have a good rating on Trustpilot. Just tried to make a purchase for a membership using the digital debit card and it has been pending for 5 hours. Support told me it was normal and to give it a while. Have only used them for a few transactions and the majority have been very bad.

Customer service is abysmal and despite being shut down for maintenance far too often compared to other platforms, the simplest of tasks never improves.

Deposits typically take two days and they lost my last one, despite sending me a message saying that they had received the funds.

Customer services kept me on the chat for 30 minutes, with a response every 10 minutes consisting of responses that strongly suggested stalling.

Following zero information on anything, much less my lost funds, I was told someone would be in touch.

THAT WAS IT! At no point did it seem that there was a concerted effort to resolve or assure on anything. Where’s my money?

I don’t use them for big money and don’t recommend them either. Crypto can be a nervy business and it’s no place for this level of performance when handling people’s money. AVOID!

Crypto.com and Coinspot are among those with significantly higher standards.

Customer service is impeccable. I had a lost XRP transaction (forgot to add destination tag) that was months old, within 2 days of realising my mistake they were able to track down and retrieve my funds, excellent!
