Wrong item sent and no reply!

I ordered the Grimm’s Pastel Rainbow in a size large, but instead received unbranded colourful blocks. I have emailed both addresses provided on the website and in the review email, but I have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed and currently at a loss of £75.

I’m convinced these are not genuine…

I’m convinced these are not genuine Grimm’s products. The packaging and branding look cheap and nothing like the authentic items I already own.

Customer service is nonexistent—their phone number doesn’t work, they ignore emails, and when I requested a return via live chat (which their policy allows), they simply stopped responding.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly advise avoiding this seller at all costs.

I would strongly advise others to avoid Waydiy. This website appears to be a scam.

After placing an order, I received no updates at all. The contact number provided does not work, and despite sending multiple emails, I have had no response whatsoever. There is no customer support, no communication, and no transparency about orders.

I am still waiting with no sign of my item or any form of refund. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Please be careful before purchasing from this site, as it does not seem to be legitimate.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased an item in February and I still haven’t received it. I have emailed asking to cancel the order and for a refund with no response. I tried calling the phone number from the website but it’s always switched off.
I have applied for a refund through my credit card and I have reported this company to Trading Standards.

I do not rate this company. I would not order from this shop. I ordered an item. My money was taken from my bank account the same day and then one day later the order was cancelled even though the item appears to still be available on the websit. I have emailed and tried to contact by phone but this appears to be switched off. I have been waiting dincec13th March for a refund even though their policy states they would refund within 15 days. I have reported it to SHOP to have this website removed. WAYDIY I APPEAL TO YOU FOR MY REFUND THIS IS NOT GOODFOR YOUR BUSINESS!

I placed an order on 26/02/2026, I received a confirmation email & nothing else. I kept checking on site for movement but all it said was on the way, I emailed them several times but received no reply, I rang the number on the site but it just rang out, I then texted the phone & again no reply. Then I checked the website again via the confirmation email but it wouldn't work. I put what I'd ordered into search engine & it was still offered by WAYDIY so I clicked on it & it was still available to order. I have just received a refund from my bank. Avoid like the plague. In future I'll be checking on trust pilot before using a site I'm not familiar with.

Absolutely poor. Ordered an item then got an email 2 days later saying it has been cancelled due to my request.....
I did no such thing, emailed the company no one replied and now waiting for a refund.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM.

Ordered a Yummy Bunny Jellycat for my daughter and it didn't arrive. Ive been trying to get in contact with this company for weeks and the online chat doesnt work, the phone number is switched off and 'track my order' says I dont have an order with them.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Have had to go through bank and do a chargeback to receive refund.

Order was placed money was taken immediately. They then cancelled my order the next day with no reasoning and have not processed refund. You cannot get through to anyone via customer service on phone, email or we chat after days if trying. No having to dispute with the bank to get money back.

SCAM

I placed my order on 03/02/2026 and, a month later, I have still not received any shipping confirmation or update on its status. I also emailed the company to chase this up and received no response.
After reading similar reviews from other customers describing the same lack of communication, I am now extremely concerned about whether this business is legitimate.
If there are delays, that’s understandable — but completely ignoring customers and failing to provide updates is not acceptable. At this point, I have had to consider escalating the matter with my bank.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution until this company improves its communication and order fulfilment processes.
