I've placed 3 orders with waxy and had 3 different experiences getting worse each time. 1st order turned up no problems lovely wax melts. 2nd order didnt turn up emailed and order was resent and received probably about a month after the order was originally placed, 3rd order didnt turn up sent a couple of emails no response, 3rd email sent finally got a response was asked if I would like it resent or a refund I asked for resent, then heard nothing back no update on the resent order nothing, so ended up going through my bank for a refund. Seen a couple of reviews where orders haven't turned up which is where order with caution comes in

I continue to use "Waxys" for many reasons, not only are their scents powerful but environmentally friendly 👌🏼the aroma lingers in my home, with the pleasant smell of whatever fragrance I choose. The communication is excellent 💯 not forgetting the little gifts that are packed with your order/s, I'm a very happy customer and "Waxys" never fails to impress me with new scents, thank you 😊

I said I’d be back! Those cherry scented melts are something else! & the cranberry sample smells like a lush bath bomb!!

Order arrived within 2ishdays (I ordered on Sunday and received Wednesday morning) - instantly on the burners around the house

I brought the snow Angel melts and they smell so good love them there was a problem with my delivery but was soon sorted by Tracy I am very grateful for all your help and also so kind they re posted me a new order and gave me a box free of different once too I would recommend.very happy with my purchase Thank you very much ❤️.

The website is easy to browse and order from. Good selection of items available.
My parcel was returned to them as got damaged in transit and was quickly repackaged and sent out again including some extra melts we had not ordered as compensation a lovely gesture and one that was not expected.

Excellent customer service and excellent products, the wax melts last for ages I have my oil burners on every evening and I’m still on the first ones, weeks later the smell is incredible too.
Lovely small company too not mass produced can’t wait to try more products, especially the bath stuff. will not go back to other wax melts now these are the best I have ever tried,everything is nicely packaged too so perfect for gifts. I’ll be doing my Christmas shopping at waxys

Terrific products, and a great little business which is being badly let down by their choice of courier. No show delivery, which was refunded promptly and professionally. Really wanted to support a local business but will only purchase in person in future.
