Good site and customer support, long wait for funds
Support was very nice, I just wish they would notify you if your country/ region is not supported; I live in the US and I wasn't able to withdraw my funds to my bank. I would give this 5 stars but the wait was abysmal, now I'm usually a patient person but I've waited a couple hours and asked support how long it would take for my funds that I was depositing onto Datdrop , being 72 hrs at the moment since they "had no money in their wallets" and usually less, which makes me wonder how long it would take on average to receive funds. Other eth sites/apps are usually faster and if the average wait time is still longer than the others, I would likely not use this service again. Overall, the site is easy to use and I had no issues using it, it also has good customer support but extensive wait times to receive money, and I get it, things happen and we're all human but not everyone is patient and expects quick service.
