Bought messenger bag and packing cubes as a birthday gift for my son, he had seen them on line and felt they would be useful for his work stuff, laptop etc. They didn’t disappoint! Goods were in stock so super quick delivery. Great quality and also good to know that a fair wage is paid to the makers. Son looking at the clothes now!

I have been looking for a bag I could use as a weekender / sport / my everyday bag. The duffle bag is the real thing, sturdy with a practical design. Very pleasing for the eyes. It’s become an indispensable accessory for me. Great delivery service as well.

I recently purchased a Studio Vest which I had been looking at for a long time while they were being made and I missed my opportunity to buy it at that time. When the surplus vests appeared I bought one very quickly and the delivery came next day. I'm in love with the vest even though it is too big for me... and I ordered a XS pit to pit 54cm.
It is superbly made and I've already had admirers of it! It will be great for me to carry tools around while I'm working on various projects and I'm sure it will soften up to fit me over time. My conclusion is that the sizing may need to be looked at for smaller people, I'm usually a size 10-12.

Recently got the Messenger Bag and the Packing Cubes from WAWWA and I’m seriously impressed. Everything feels super well made, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed—you can tell these products are built to last. The Messenger Bag has quickly become my go-to for daily use. It’s got just the right amount of space, looks great, and is comfy to carry around. My favorite thing is the shoulder strap which is easily adjustabe but stays in the adjusted position. The Packing Cubes are a game changer for organizing my stuff, it’s fun to use them.

Also, big shoutout to the brand itself—love the whole vibe, the sustainability focus, and the attention to detail. You don’t often find companies that combine style, function, and ethics so seamlessly. Will definitely be ordering from WAWWA again. Highly recommend!

All the quality you’d expect from these guys. Plus they sound nice, like overhearing tarpaulin tuck into a cheesecake. Or kids letting off fireworks fukin miles away. Or even two thick tree branches gently colliding under the sleep guidance of a drunk breeze blindly heading home. So gentle, your man squirrel’s dreams are infused with fabrics queueing for the desert buffet.

Love Wawwa's quality, style and ethics. Had been waiting on products with this style for a very long time. It's not the cheapest for many, but its not throw-away fashion, it's really good quality, I also think most of it is pretty timeless. Also, had good customer care experiences. 👍

Very quick to respond and were helpful with the quiries I had

I ordered some corduroy skirts from Wawwa after seeing an advert on Instagram. I was extremely excited when they came back in stock because I thought that I had missed out. The prices are high, but that is to be expected for a small business like this that do their own manufacturing and designing. They have a 10% first-order discount, a 10% student discount, and a 15% “left something in your basket” discount (which arrives in your email inbox if you are logged in while making a basket but don’t check out immediately), which are super helpful. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to pay full price for the skirts due to my financial situation, but was extremely happy that they were on sale and that I could use a discount code on top of the sale. I don’t think I would’ve been able to order without the extra discount.

The skirts were high quality. I was initially surprised that the skirts weren’t line and were one layer, but after wearing them I don’t think the corduroy fabric needed lining. I wasn’t sure what size I would be as it was my first time ordering from Wawwa so I did order multiple sizes as I was worried about them selling out again. Delivery was fast & free (it wasn’t a pre-order). I ended up buying and keeping multiple colours because the skirts were so comfortable and flattering. I love them.

The returns process was straightforward and easy, the only downsize was that returns postage wasn’t free, but less and less businesses can afford to offer that these days. I love that the skirts are adjustable so can adapt as your body changes over time. Additionally, as delivery was free it’s even more so understandable that returns would be unable to be.

Customer service is friendly and helpful, but I think it could be improved by making sure incorrect info isn’t shared. I saw on the Wawwa instagram that customers were told to join a waiting list for something to be restocked by emailing Wawwa, but when I tried to do this I was told that there was no waiting list and no restock planned. I had also enquired about custom sizing and was initially told that it would be possible (which made me very excited!) but then I was told that this was a mistake and custom sizing wouldn’t actually be possible for that item. These are minor issues but I think it would definitely improve the customer experience if there was a little more consistency.

I was also surprised that my items arrived in plastic bags, The outer package was paper, but inside it was individual plastic bags. They could’ve been recycled or something but I think it would’ve matched the brand more if there was no plastic.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Wawwa to others after having such a positive experience. There are minor things that can be improved but none that actually had a proper effect on my experience with their items or opinion of their brand. I grew up in Manchester but now live elsewhere, and it’s nice to be supporting a local business. I have just placed another order for a pre-order item expected in June, so I will aim to amend my review in June with information about how the pre-order experience is.

I had great contact with support about my custom order. I later had a small issue with the order and they managed to divide it into two orders and send the items separately. The support and products were great.
The products were great and fit the description and pictures perfectly.

As a company they are so friendly, their products high quality and well worth the investment. It's great to support local i.e UK and the people who are passionate about the products they make!

First of all, ordering was easy, and delivery was exactly when I said it would be.

I’ve been using my Messenger Bag for a week now. It’s just right for day to day use - keys, phone, book, purse, water, banana - and is also sturdy enough that I’ve had 4 pint bottle of milk in there too! It was still comfortable to carry.

I like the simplicity of this style. I don’t like bags with loads of pockets for very specific things, but just having one pocket is handy for finding my keys.

It’s just the right size, not too big and not too small. It’s plain enough that it goes with pretty much anything.

I really like this bag. I’m retiring all my others!

Only tiiiny criticism might be that I was expecting a bit of a different colour - “petrol” is actually good old navy.

I had a great experience with Wawwa. The bag I ordered is excellent quality and made in the UK. I saw some negative reviews, mostly about shipping times, but I think the wait is worth it. I appreciate their thoughtful approach to production, and the quality speaks for itself. I’d definitely recommend them!

Great quality product. Went for their messenger bag which I really like the fit and style of. Adjustable straps are really good for personalising and adjusting to how packed the bag it. Perfect for cycling as well!
