Terrible services by Aamir from Wavetel
We are completely annoyed and appalled by the service as well as the ethics of this company Wavetel business ltd .which is run by a Husband and Wife called Aamir Saeed and Sadaf Aamir respectively as we have been without a broadband connection for 4 months at our home as the talk talk line they installed in 2019 had a serious line problem .. To the surprise of everyone it took them 4 months to rectify and bring it back to the speed i was promised at the start. of the services. Despite giving us a dismal service they even went to the extent of charging me normally for those 4 months without even refunding them for the service I had not received .I had only signed up with them in 2018 or so as the guy I knew had worked there briefly .
My elderly mother who after suffering for 4 agonising months without a service decided to cancel their substandard home broadband services and move over to a another provider few weeks back in January 24 .As soon as the cancellation notice was emailed the owner Aamir Saeed started calling me constantly with the stealthy intention of changing my mind . As soon as he realised that tactic didn't work he charged me an early exit fees and threatened with a suspension of services if those early termination payments weren't made on time.
This person needs to understand the rules of OFCOM if not I think we as consumers shoukd make sure that he gets sanctioned by the regulator Ofcom for flouting their guidelines and operating waywardly .
OFCOM has a compensation policy of £9.30 for every delayed day after 48 hours if the home broadband does not get fixed within that time.
So I have decided to go to Ofcom immedietly so that my grievance with WAVETEL business ltd is properly investigated and the wrongdoers are punished accordingly.
In addition to that in accordance to Ofcom rules any person is free to leave if their broadband speed that has been contractually agreed had not been rectified within a 30 day period .
So it's better for customers to avoid this company and those 2 people who run their services . They are equipped with a poor infrastructure especially with a poor call centre based in Asia . So Please avoid wavetel as they can cause misery and ruin to your lives with their substandard services. It's better to pay a bit more go with others
My mum has also spoken to the local guardian and. they will be visiting us next week so that the media can expose the miserable shortcomings of Wavetel and along with the 2 people who run it

Wavetel cloud phone and full fibre is absolutely amazing.
I don't know why I put up with expensive shoddy service elsewhere for so long.
Install went smoothly with due care and attention and everything just works. Spoke to them again with questions and advice and again 10 out of 10.
Wavetel keep this up and I'll stick around for a long time.
