Absolute Scam artist. Do not go near them; order placed on the 30th March 2020 when the virus was now about and they still had '48Hr delivery' listed on their website.
I have contacted them numerous time for a refund but kept being told the item is on it's way!!
IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS I WOULD.THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING ORDERS AND PAYMENTS KNOWING THEY WILL NOT DESPATCH AND USING THE COVID-19 SITUATION AS A GET OUT. YOU ARE SENT GENERIC EMAILS IN RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FOR YOUR DELIVERY AND TOLD YOU CAN RETURN GOODS FOR A REFUND, WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED THEM. WILL NOT SEND PROOF OF DESPATCH DOCUMENTATION OR WHERE THE ITEMS ARE IN THE SYSTEM, AND CONVENIENTLY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SYSTEM WHEN YOU PUSH FOR THIS. DEFINITELY SCAMMERS AND USING THE COVID-19 SITUATION TO PROFITEER. SHAMEFUL.
