Quality product and installation. Have used many times.

We asked Waveney Windows to repair a glass door we’d smashed. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The job was done promptly with no mess and at a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend them.

Helpful advice as to replace an old conservatory roof with a new tinted glass replacement. Gary was great with costing it up and explaining the process. Roof installed 6 weeks later. Fitters did an excellent job. No mess, nice finish. Upgraded the room with out a complete rebuild. Very pleased

Great team from Waveney windows did a great job installing our new replacement windows, The site team 2 of them did a professional job, had a issue with the Bay window system, ( new system) this was sorted with minimal fuss.

Firstly, I had had a previous door replacement job carried out by WW and knew that their workmanship and customer service was of a high standard.
This remains the case.
Simon on the sales side gave me some useful advice and answered a couple of queries I had and was a pleasure to deal with.
I also spoke to Kelly and Linda in the office and they were extremely helpful too.
The installation went very well, the installer was very friendly and did an excellent job.
I have no problem with recommending WW to anyone.

Having moved to Suffolk from another part of the country and not knowing anything about Waveney window was a little worried but now the job has been completed we can honestly recommend this company. From the first phone call with Simon through to completion we were kept informed. The installers, Jake and Robbie were fantastic, working in poor weather and to a very high standard, very clean and tidy, the windows, door and roof line look great and would not hesitate to use and recommend Waveney

Massive shout out to Harry and Alex, they are so hard working, and their attention to detail is amazing. I can’t believe our whole house has been transformed in 3 days! Absolutely amazing work!! They tidied up and left no mess. They even helped us out with ideas of other things at our property.

Nigel has been brilliant too. Really helpful right from the start, considering we have never had to buy windows and doors before he was so helpful with different ideas.

We have used Waveney Windows before, and been satisfied in every respect. On this occasion, the quality of workmanship was, as usual, excellent. Communication was less satisfactory, however. A small job ordered back in mid-August took almost four months because it apparently disappeared off the radar. When nothing had happened after three months, I telephoned to see what was going on. I was promised a call back, which I never received. In the end I had to visit Waveney Windows in person to kick-start the job. It was finally carried out today, efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. We shall be happy to use WW again if the need arises, but shall keep tight control of progress.

Great all round service. Expert advice when choosing colours and designs, great communication and instructions regarding start dates and requirements, excellent fittings with very little mess.

From the first sketch to the final fix, Waveney Windows and Conservatories delivered craftsmanship you can count on.

They replaced our entire roofline—including fascias, soffits, guttering, and downpipes—with care and precision. The result is crisp, elegant, and beautifully done.

Next, they removed our old, leaking conservatory and built a new one from the ground up. They laid new insulated footings, installed snug glazing units, and constructed a solid, insulated roof with a roof window that adds light and lift. Every stage was handled with skill and attention to detail. The site was left clean and tidy.

Each team—builders, installers, plasterers, electricians—worked hard, stayed tidy, and were consistently friendly. The plastering was smooth and beautifully finished. The final fix of the electrics completed their work—and our enjoyment began.

A couple of snags cropped up, but John handled them swiftly and with quiet precision. His calm professionalism and pride in doing things properly were outstanding. He—and all the teams—were a credit to the company.

From planning to finish, they gave us a space that feels like it’s always belonged. The roofline has lifted the whole look of the property. A proper job, and one we’re proud to share.

We recently had Waveney Windows replace our conservatory roof for a warm roof. We are more than pleased with the result. The entire team from Mark, who made the initial visit, to John the Manager, Keith & Harry who fitted the roof, and Josh the plasterer, made it a positive experience.
