Wave had what I needed. Only issue was fast turn around of my order. I asked for two day delivery due to urgent need and ended up having ordered changed to regular delivery since two day window passed.

All together I had a good experience. My only complaint was the installation. I purchased the wellmaxx and the lime descaler filters. The wellmaxx bracket didn't line up with the lime descaler bracket wich was odd to me. They should use a universal bracket for all of there filters so the threaded nipples line up with everyone combination.

The shipping & Handling seems a little pricy. It could be a little quicker also. Over all good experience though.

I received the Hydrocare Electronic Smart Descaler last week and did the installation (very quick and simple). I can't speak about the effectiveness of the product yet, but customer service (response to a question I had) and ease of install both receive an A++ Rating!

For Years I've heard the commercials on the radio and for even more years I've had a dank dusty moldy smelly basement. I finally took the plunge and ordered the basement unit and 2 portable units for the main 2 floors. A date was set for my installation and the time quoted was the time the installer arrived. The unit was installed and by the next day I was noticing a difference. It has been 2 weeks, the air is crisper, the smell is gone and I don't feel a heaviness in the air as I breathe in the fresher air. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

Slow to pick up to order. Slow delivery. Not really efficient or helpful

They were helpful on the phone and had the Descaler system sent out. It take take a few months but we shall see if it does what it's supposed to or not. Reserving judgement for a few months.

I really thought that Shipping charge was to high. Today's rates by Fed ex, UPS, USPS are extremely inexpensive and $19 shipping (5 -7 day) for a less than 1 # box seems quite high. Thanks

From order to delivery, well let's say it was measured in many days, did I say many? Took three days just to process the order, then paid for expensive FedEx ground shipping, Washington state to Florida, okay that's about as far away as you can get--but a week in transit!! The product itself works very well, but the service after sale wasn't what I had expected.

They called me incessantly after I expressed interest in a dehumidifier. I expressed concern because I own an old house but was assured I'd be given a fast and full refund if the unit could not be installed. They charged me about $1300.00 and not surprisingly- an installer could not install the unit.
No one at the company would return my calls or emails. The salesman (who called incessantly at the beginning of this process) would hang up on me.
I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get a refund.
Don't order from this company- they are unprofessional at best.

I was having trouble with musty odors and even sewer gases in my basement during heavy rains. I had a wave ventilation system installed and within 24 hours all of the odors were gone. I built a bar in the basement and it was embarrassing having company over and people constantly asking what the smell is. All of that is completely gone. I think some of the bad reviews come from people who want instant satisfaction with dryer air. While my dehumidifier will drop the moister levels lower then my Wave system it is so noisy, hot, and inefficient, that I replaced it with the Wave system. The Wave system offers the perfect combination of circulating air through my basement, while reducing moisture.

Really took the time to listen to our issues with our water quality and design a system that corrected the problems. The owner personally called me several times to ensure that what he designed would meet our needs. System was delivered quickly with clear instructions on how to set it up. It was complete with no missing parts. Would highly recommend Wave to anyone with water quality issues. Jeff M. - Bellingham, WA.

The 20 micron water system I purchased a few years ago works great in keeping our house water and fresh. We would recommend it to anyone needing clean fresh water.

I had moisture in my basement and was looking to find a solution. I fell for the ad which was emailed to me by the Wave sales person. The ventilation unit I purchased over the phone for about $1000 turned out to be basically an aluminum box with a small fan motor attached to it. By the way, this unit should not cost more than $200-300. The problem I ran into with this company is that when I realized the unit would not fit and would not work for me, I exercised the return option which was granted to me by the sales person at the time of transaction. After I returned the unit, not only did I not get a refund but the company ignored my calls and refused to communicate with me for over 2 months. I am currently going through the nightmare of disputing the credit card charge. So beware of this company and don't take anything they tell you for granted. They are swift in sales techniques, taking your money and leaving you out of their concerns after they take your money. Once the sale is completed no one wants to talk to you or return your call. Customer service does not exist. Awful!!! I am extremely disappointed and will follow up with every legal force against this company.

We ordered a ventilation system through wave home solutions in mid June 2017. When it came to us, it was damaged and VERY cheaply made. We contacted the company to return it. FedEx came the next day to pick it up. It is now July 28, 2017 and our credit STILL has NOT been refunded the money for the damaged equipment. Luckily, for us, I am a paralegal and have saved any and all contact AND pictures of the damaged equipment before it was sent back. I will be contacting an attorney on Monday. Do NOT order from this company!!
