Relatively easy application process web site and communication is good would recommend

I'm a member of East Sussex Credit Union, now Wave, for nearly fourteen years.
I have always received nothing but patience and kindness from all various members of staff, and today's transactions were more of the same.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services.
All done in easy to understand language and always polite.

I am very happy that this wavecb is part of my work community bank. This is my first loan here in UK. The application is very easy to complete and the staff is very kind and understanding especially John who's incharge of my application.
