I don’t usually leave negative reviews

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I ordered three items and all were poor quality. Due to the exchange-only policy, I exchanged them, but the replacements were even worse.

The trousers arrived with the size labels cut off, and although I ordered a small, they were clearly much larger. Customer service claimed the item was “oversized,” but this did not match the size ordered or the quality received.

Overall, very poor quality and an unsatisfactory customer service experience. I would not recommend this company.
