Terrible customer service - came across well at time of sale - not they have incorrectly signed me up to two contracts for properties I don't own they won't help, won't call back and have no interest at all in my now having been charged £2000 and counting on illegal bills. Truly incompetent and amazingly uncaring - Be very careful if dealing with Watt. I'm mindful about leaving bad reviews and the consequences for the business so this is not posted lightly, I'm really at my wits end with their lack of service now I'm a customer and would not want anyone else to experience this. I have been told the compliance team will help me, since November 2023 I've had not a single call or email from this team. When I called one day asking I was told entire company was a lunch, apart from this poor sole answering the phones. It simply shouts of con type company with terrible codes of conduct and a true lack of professionalism or capability. Be warned.
Once again Claire has provided an excellent, professional and complete service on a consistent basis year after year. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Very helpful and patient when i don't call back!!
Well done!
Claire is fantastic at her job and vet efficient always thinks of her customers, and is a joy to deal with
I had the displeasure of being seated near employees from this business. They was racist, sexist and extremely blatant in their drug use. The remarks made about their working day was disgusting about how they had their customers off. I pity anybody that does business with this company. I’d recommend either going direct or to an alternative broker because this one is a disgrace
*edit as I am unable to reply* I was seated near employee in a local bar where I heard the derogatory remarks. Maybe speak to your staff regarding representing the business as when they are out after work yet still wearing their lanyards they are still representing the company

No hard sales just a good sales person Claire
Disgusting customer service. Led me to believe they was my current provider then when they was reading through my terms and conditions (very quickly) I realised they was actually a broker. The man then abruptly gave me a quick introduction on the company. I expressed my concerns and he then said that “they have loads of other customers to talk too” then hung up.. if I hadn’t been listening to the man on the phone I would have now been stuck with this contract. Poor service
I was on the phone to yourselves to sort out my business energy and clearly heard staff members talking about cocaine and going to “brass gaffs!!!!!!!!”
What kind of company are you running!!! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!!!!

How exactly are you trying to locate the call when I haven’t given you any information? This shows what kind of company this is! Glad I heard what I heard now otherwise I may have been doing business with you!!

I am extremely suspicious of these gleaming reviews. My experience; they cold called me & misrepresented themselves as British Gas. I told them that I was willing to hear a quote, but was NOT going to sign any contract until I’ve reviewed, so the salesperson “Sophie” continued to lead me into a verbal contract; assuring me that everything was ok (plenty of word-salad to add to confusion).
Every now & then I stopped her to remind her that I was NOT agreeing to a verbal contract, but she would just continue to ramble on asking me to confirm her questions.
I do my best to be polite to cold callers, but this went on for 33 minutes & they couldn’t have made it more difficult to end the call.
My feelings are that this is a scam company with fake reviews, though I could be wrong. At best I would say that this company are hard pushers & I will avoid them.
My second year using Watt Utilities and they have been fantastic at trying to understand my business and getting me the most appropriate deal for my needs.
A BIG shout out to my advisor Claire who really went the extra mile to ensure I was contacted when agreed and got me the best deal possible.
I won't hesitate to use them again.
Nice honest energy brokers. No pressure and easy to deal with
Kiera at Watt Utilities has been consistently helpful and efficient on a number of occasions for me when renewing/negotiating energy contracts for various businesses. I would highly recommend her and Watt.
We have dealt with Kiera Molloy with 4 gas and electricity accounts, which were not straight forward. Kiera is so efficient and explains everything in a clear, concise way. She has done wonders for our company, we were paying way too much for the service we had. We would highly recommend Kiera, she is excellent, thank you so much.
Be very careful of this company. They start the call by trying to tell you that they are representing the current supplier and then by the use of speed talking they try and bamboozle you into another deal. If you don't have your wits about you, before you know it you could be signed up with another deal. Why can't companies genuinely try to help other companies rather than sign them into yet another nightmare utility bill.
Claire Bird was efficent and dealt with our swap over very quickly. Thank you Clair
Claire at Watts is an absolute star, I would thoroughly recommend her. My emails are answered quickly and any queries sorted with no fuss. Contract documents are sent through for signing super fast, she is really on the ball and always upbeat and polite.
Appropriate information sent by email and questions answered promptly and effectively.
Gareth was very helpful, polite and well informed. There was lots of confusion over my previous suppliers and bills but he has sorted it all out. As a customer I now have his direct line if I have any queries. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
The staff Mrs Claire very friendly and helpful. also very response to the customer. high recommend. thank you once again Claire. well done
