Parcel arrived on time but l incorrectly thought it was incomplete. Email on Friday afternoon asking for missing part which arrived on Saturday, despite later reporting the missing part was found in the package there was no quibbling. First class service

I don’t normally leave reviews for online purchases that are as simple as they should be. However I’ve had a couple of bad experiences recently and these good people have gone a good way to restoring my faith.

The sales department were beyond helpful & even though I missed the cut off time for next day delivery when I explained the urgency Georgia went beyond all expectation to enable delivery of the item the following day.

I cannot rate this companies customer department highly enough & will be definitely using this company again in the future.

Delivery was awful took over a week and in the end we had to drive to find the driver to retrieve our parcel found him trying to leave on someones doorstep? ( They had been given full directions right to our door?) disappointed with the packaging hole in the box, and the box was not covered so everyone could see what it was?? Even the Delivery man commented oh its an expensive item? But all works as it should.

Bought this pump to replace the same but defunct one that was used to run our sewage treatment plant. So a new one was req pronto.
I have to say the price and delivery and overall service was first class. Will def use again for purchase of servicing kit etc.

Blower failed after a few months. Lady on customer service phone (sorry, I don't remember your name!) was so helpful and credit to the company. Sorted replacement through warranty with Charles Austin and new item arrived in a couple of days.
