FAKE, Thievery

The contact number is fake. It is not in service and the number appears on various websites across the web. My email has not been responded to and the chat box didn't answer me when I asked to have my order status checked. I ordered in the US and still have not received anything after ten days. If you try to track your package, it only shows shipped and not tracking number or location updates. I will be starting the fraud protection on my credit card. Saw the ad on Facebook. Don't trust social media ads.
