Well packaged and delivery time good. Only issues was conflicting assembly instructions in one area which confused me for a while.

Fast service and really pleased with the product.

I found buying the WaterUps upright garden very easy and the delivery no fuss and efficient. I also found putting it together easy especially after watching the video. The only part that was a bit hard was connecting in the overflow pipe it just didn't want to sit flat so the holes could match up with the inside fixture. I haven't put dirt in it yet as we are now in flood, but I have put it on my balcony and put all my cymbidium orchids in it so I can water them and keep them in humid conditions until the water goes down.

Prompt delivery and Easy to construct planters made in Australia out of recycled plastics which reduce water evaporation! What more could I want?

I purchased the larger wicking beds and two square planter boxes. I assembled the large beds myself and the online instructions were great, all the info I needed was provided. When I contacted the company with an issue I was having with my chosen site they replied really quickly with helpful advice. Highly recommend this company and their awesome products.

Waterups were open to and answered all my queries, being very helpful, professional & a good company to deal with...all our components arrived quicker than I expected, except for a pool liner which I was told will be despatched as soon as it arrives in their store, a few weeks later it arrived without the need for me to follow up the order... I have purchased three 1680x80 wicking beds, plus all the required components to convert an old water tank as well, cells, pool liner etc. We have completed and planted up 2 so far .. the plants are looking healthy and we are excited to finish installing and planting up the other 2.. with the possibility of purchasing more... we expect a water saving, plus ease of use for elderly to be able to continue growing out own fresh veges. I am delighted to recommend the Waterups system..

The customer service was great and information provided to enable retrofitting of existing raised bed was very helpful. In fact I was so impressed, I am going to buy some more cells and convert more beds

My wife and I purchased two gardens initially. They fitted the space well and the gardens are now flourishing. We have since purchased a third garden and are yet to plant anything in it. We would highly recommend Waterups as a gardening solution.

Love these products, I have the single cube size. I love that you can buy light coloured plastic as well as I have blueberries in mine which don’t do well in black pots. I wouldn’t have bought otherwise.

Love the waterup garden we purchased a few months back. Have it planted out with vegies and all is going well. The only criticism I have is that there were no instructions included on how to assemble or use the garden. I'm guessing we got it right but it would have saved us some time were instructions included.

WaterUp products are great - good value for money

We are returning customers to waterups and continuing to be happy with our waterups garden beds. Easy to install and use and they work.

I purchased 4 large Oasis beds and set them up in late June. I’ve planted new and repositioned seedlings, and everything is absolutely thriving, even in the depths of a Melbourne Winter. The repositioned lettuce, silverbeet, spinach, etc, is doing BETTER than in the deep trugs they were originally planted in.

Service was fantastic after we realised there was a small hole in one of the liners - Ian got back to us immediately, and we had a new liner within a week. My dad has now determined to ‘upgrade’ all of his above-ground planters to be Water-ups. The ease of not having to water all the time (saving time and your water bill) is game-changing, and the plants love us for it.

Works exactly as advertised.

Delivery and concept are great. Not great for a rounded raised garden (rainwater tank like) bed. Ideally more options ie smaller unit sizes or pre formed rounded ends. And while your at it, make them easily cut into halves or quarters. Sadly one size does not easily fit all. Great aside from my use case.

Customer service was great, checking in to ensure I had the best combination of products for my project even down to matching colours. Purchase was delivered quickly, easy to assemble with clear instructions, sturdy and the plants are loving it.
