Richard was extremely helpful and gave us great advice on what camera we needed to get the shots we were after. The kit was in great condition and the package came with easy to use manuals. Overall my experience was very positive.

I highly recommend Waterproof Media for all your underwater photography needs! I was recently booked on a job which required some underwater shots, and as a complete novice to this area of photography I was keen to find someone who could advise. Rich was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. He talked me through the equipment and helped me decide on what would best suit my needs. As an experienced underwater photographer himself, he was able to give me plenty of tips on how best to achieve the shots I was looking for. The equipment arrived on time and packaged securely in a very sturdy peli case - ready for travel. The rental rates were very reasonable and Rich was patient and flexible when booking collection so that it would fit around my flight home. All in all, a great service!

Waterproof Media could not have been more helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I had what I needed for my shoot...For someone who had never used any underwater housing before their advice was invaluable and could not have done it without them.. We will 100% use them again!!!

Waterproof Media is definitely a company you want to work with if you're in need of underwater filming gear.

Not only their equipment is in perfect condition, but they really do their best to make your life easier. Shipping their kit straight on the shooting location, picking it up anytime of the day or night once you're done with your shoot.

They provide great PDF and video explanations of how to assemble the kit and use it properly which makes your life so much easier. It is very well packed and protected.

I couldn't ask for a better service.
