I was scammed just like everyone else here. I ordered $189.00 worth of product from them and never received it. After months of back and forth emails I told them to refund my Discover card. They never did. Discover advertises 0% fraud liability well that is a LIE. I called Discover to dispute the charges. They said they would investigate it. They ruled in their favor because the merchant did not respond to them. Well no kidding!!!!’ The phone number is disconnected and the website is no longer in existence. I basically was told that I have to pay Discover for something I did not receive. Zero liability is only covers if someone steals your card or if it gets hacked so screw you if you got scammed. Can’t wait for the financial system to crash !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep! I got robbed. They string me along for over a year. I was a idiot to fall for it. I am usually good at detecting scammer. These clown definitely got me.

I am truly an idiot. I let these scammers rip me out of my money for a year now. They keep giving me the run around about not getting the shipment in but now I can get the product at Walmart!! Do not buy from this company! They are lowest of the low!!

They are scammers, I made a purchase June 2nd 2021 and up to date cannot get my product or a refund, and to make matters worse they stop answering my emails. They need to be investigated and penalties bought against them. They are thieves, they need to go to jail for this.

These guys are a scam ,placed an order Feb13th 2021 still nothing and no refund ,they should investigated for crooked dealing it seems that there are a lot of people that have given them money with no results ,they just keep the money and use it to scam more people You Tube should have some response to their bad practices.all you get from their support is excuses and delay time that they be shutdown or give people the products or their money back 🇨🇦Scam in Canada by water guys.com🤨

Same experience as most. Ordered end of last November 2020 and still have not receive the product as of September14, 2021. Followed up weekly then monthly and the same story. They shipped some useless promotional item and when disputed with PayPal they sent PayPal the shipping info for the useless item and claimed that the product was already shipped. Total scammers, no refund or product. Their email now returns undeliverable and they do not take phone calls.

Run 🏃‍♀️… I’ve been ROBBED.. I made purchased back in February 2021, my order never came, I sent emails upon emails & every month is next month due to COVID-19. And asking me to be patience because they are back up & shipment is been delayed I sent email requesting a refund & got no response. I am so outraged😡

I am FURIOUS!! I spent $200 on filters in December 2020. I found them on an ad on YouTube. I actually sat there and watched the full 10-15min ad!! I clicked the link and ordered my items. I had a received a few emails saying that due to covid it was taking longer. Then they said they could not refund my money, but they would give me a $50 credit. They SWORE my items were coming and to trust them and be patient. After a few months of that… I never heard from them again. They will not respond is email, FB, whatever. You know what I believe they’re doing to us? I used PayPal… well PayPal says you cannot begin a dispute after 180 days from the payment. So, these JERKS string you along for 180 days until you reach the end of that period.. and then BAM! You never hear from them again and you are officially ROBBED. I even wrote to YouTube/Google to let them know I am so disgusted that they did not VET these scammers & they were allowed to advertise a complete scam!!! I am sooooo infuriated with these scammers!!!! And they still have a website and FB page!!! This is outrageous!!!!

Save your money & do not get ripped off like so many have. Spent $200 in early January 2021 got an email back nothing since even after telling them just please refund my money but for whatever reason they cannot refund any money it's been almost 7 months now & still nothing really really sad & terrible what this one owner business owner is doing & has done to so many people & families

This company is a fraud and use same name as a legit company. I ordered back in February-nothing. After many emails to them, nothing but excuses and promises. I lost over $100. I have since seen many others fraud reports. They have been reported to proper authorities.

My story is the same as everyone else's, I ordered back in December if 2020 and its now July of 2021 with nothing to show for it. I've emailed them a few times and all I ger is we are working on it and here's 50$ in store credit... why the heck would I order more from you of I haven't even received what I've ordered in the first place?!? Extremely frustrating.

The WATER GUYS They are horrible. I ordered from advertisement from YouTube for special on water filter and a free shower filter way back in December 2020. I cant never get anyone. I didn't even get a shipping routing number for tracking. I spent. 59.95 that they took out of my PNC account. I've been disputing with my bank and still getting nowhere. This company is a scam, they need to be investigated. It has now been over 7 months its now July 2021.

These people charged me for a $70 water pitcher and was supposed to have two replacement filters with it. Well it did, THE WRONG FRICKIN FILTERS!!! Now they won’t respond to my emails or answer calls!! Free water won’t help either!! The said well your going to have to call them! Wth?? Both are scammers do not buy!! I’m not done yet water guy!!

These guys are scammers!!I ordered back in Nover 2020 and after 3 months 1/2 of my order came. Still have not received the other half as of June 2021.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The water guys are the worst company I've ever dealt with. I give them a negative 10 rating. I placed my order in November of 2020 it is now June of 2020 and I've still not received the ordered and paid for products from this company. I asked for a refund and they say they can't send out a refund. See their response below.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for all the items purchased because of the automatic processing of orders and we are preventing double shipments.

I totally understand how frustrating this can be. We are sorry that up to now your order hasn't shipped yet. Believe us that we are doing anything in our power to ship all backorders.

We will ship and expedite your order as soon as the stocks arrive in the first or second week of June.

As an exception, if you are willing to wait, we’d like to offer you a free $50 in gift card code form which you can use on any other product in-store since we are still waiting for the ZeroWater stocks to arrive.

This company is the worst company when it comes to business. Made an order which obviously this company didn't have in stocks but charged my card anyway. Here it is 7 months later no order has been received, I repeatedly asked for a refund and was told it was returned give it 5 to 15 days. It's been that several times and still no refund. Why was my card charged and you didn't have the items? Charges are normally processed once the order is sent out for delivery. Left several emails and still nothing! I'm informing all I can not to deal with this scam company. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm furious with this company. I ordered products back in November and have been told multiple times I will get my products when stock is back in January, March, April... etc. Now it's the end of May and still NOTHING! No order status updates, nothing but an email saying that it will ship soon. They refuse to give refunds. This place is a JOKE! How frustrating to scam people's hard-earned money especially during COVID.

My spouse placed an order for these stupid products SIX MONTHS AGO and we’re still waiting for a response or a refund.
They also stole their name from a family owned business who are now getting horrible reviews on Yelp because of these jerks.

I ordered from them on January, 2021. They told me it would be available on the first week of March. Then they told me it would be available in April. Now it’s May 1st. Still no product and they also won’t refund you money. At this point, I’ve given up.

The worst Company and customer service I have ever bought from. I have been waiting for my order for 5 months. I did get a partial order after about 3 months but every time I ask for a refund on what still has not come since I can't get my order they say they can't give a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. They will offer a store credit which is a laugh because you won't get that either.
