Good service

UPDATE: Waterdrop eventually reached out to me and offered to send a replacement Lucy Smart Cap, so I'm changing my review.
-----------------------------------------

I purchased a Lucy Smart Cap last year, along with bottles and cubes. Followed up with more cubes.

In general, I have been very satisfied with their products, but recently my Lucy Smart Cap stopped working from one day to another. I reached out to their customer service and expected a professional respons - instead they are just ignoring my complaint and don't answer at all. 😥😥😥

Apparrently, that is how you treat at customer that have spend 300 euros at your products.

I will never buy another thing from them again and wouldn't recomend anyone else doing so.

Damaged product, No replacement, Gifts that don't arrive! Never again.

I bought a tea kettle as a gift on black Friday.
In the order process they promised a gift ("goodie") since my purchase was above a price limit, and a steel bottle because of a black Friday deal.

When I received it I was disappointed.. I did not got any of the gifts + the tea kettle was damaged (cosmetic, but very noticeable).

I contacted the customer service, and then it all went down.
after a few back and fourth emails, the conclusion is that it's my fault! for not adding the free gifts they promised to the cart (afterwards I checked what they mean.. you have to scroll down where after all the commercial products.. and there you'll find it), even the steel bottle that I had to put a code to get is still my fault!
On top of that, they refused to send me a new tea kettle instead of the damaged one (of course I wanted to return the damaged one), Embarrassingly they offered me 500 points in their store, which doesn't even get me socks in their shop.

And after all of that, I had to pay to return the products and get a refund! why do I need to pay when they sent me a damaged product?!?

I'm never buying there again.
