I ordered one bottle of waterbed conditioner for $12 (I know, the last of the big spenders !)
Within one hour, I received an e-mail to confirm that the order was being processed. An hour later it was booked in for delivery by Auspost.
I had spoken to Ben on a previous occasion and he was only too happy to give me some free advice on how to maintain my water bed.
Not only is the customer service excellent, the price of $12 was the cheapest that I come across shopping on the Internet.

Great service, contacted Ben on a public holiday and to my surprise he answered the call, this guy is truly customer focused. High quality product at a very competitive price and received my order in 3 days. Will definitely be using Mr Waterbed for all future waterbed needs.

I spoke to Ben at Mr.Waterbed in October '21 and ordered a Federation Queen soft sider. Delivered in December as suggested, before our move up north. The Bed was easy to put together, the comfort is amazing, (our second waterbed and fourth mattress over 34 years). The quality of the Bed is spot-on, it looks great with our furniture and the service we received from Ben was courteous, on time and excellent. I would have no hesitations in recommending this Business. Very Happy!

Amazing service from Ben & fast delivery. I purchased my waterbed from a local company in NSW which has now closed down. I contacted Ben lunchtime Wednesday as my dog had punched my bladder & purchase was done over the phone & within 48hrs my new bladder has arrived!! Thanks again Ben

We recently purchased a soft sided Munro king pedestal 4 drawer waterbed. Can’t be more happier, great service and easy to install. We love it and no more dips in the mattress for us, having the best nights sleep. Highly recommend.

Phoned Ben who was so very helpful and knew the product and what the Company offered. The watered arrived on schedule and following Ben's instructions we were able to install ourselves without a drama. Would definitely recommend Mr. Watered.

Had a problem with the courier, multiple emails and calls and the problem wasn't resolved. One call to Ben at Mr Waterbed, and he fixed the problem and even helped with an extra request.
