I ordered a hoodie from watch your step hoping for it to arrive in time for a Christmas present. Got nothing but the run around multiple emails back and fourth finally figured the hoodie was not coming. I asked them for a refund they said okay come to find out the never sent me the refund. Then they created a tracking label to seem like the order was going to ship and then they cancelled the tracking number. Every time I emailed to try and get a response they said oh it’s our manufacturer they are behind. It’s like a new excuse everyday I still never received a refund. Horrible experience they are liars

It's been like 4 months since I ordered it and still hasn't arrived I got scammed.

Never got my order worst experience ever…

I ordered a jacket in October 2024, now it is February 26, 2025 and I still have not received the jacket. I have asked for a refund several times. I have been denied several times because they said the order has been filled and they are waiting on their supplier to send the product to them. At this point I just want my refund with my experience I would not ever make a transaction with them again

hoodies feel cheap, not worth 50. wouldnt even pay 30. shipping took 3 months & it wasn’t worth it

I paid for and ordered a jacket 11/29/2024. As of 2/20/2025, I still have not received the jacket and they refuse to give me a refund. I will never order from this company again. What a rip off. They stole my money and I have nothing to show for it.

Never received my package. I ordered it in October 2024. Despite several communication attempts and the tracking number saying delivered on January 22,25, never got it. If you’re going to be delayed or cannot fulfill an order, just refund the money. Be honest with your customer. I will not recommend anyone purchasing from this company, very disappointing.

Never received my order. I order a hoodie for my son around October 27, 24 and never received it. The tracking number always read..awaiting shipment label. I have contacted this store multiple times via email every month with the last email sent Jan 8, 24. No reply and now the tracking number has magically updated to package delivered on January 27, 25 by usps. No package received, I even check my cameras surrounding the house. No delivery. Today is February 13, 25 and still no package or communication from this company. Please don’t risk your money!!!

I can’t even log into the website to get anything it just tells me to enter my email and then doesn’t allow access

Took months to ship, sent a XS after I emailed 3 times and requested a size M. Took months of emails to get my order sent on the way.

Please don’t not order from here this is a scam!! I ordered two hoodies for my boyfriend December 15th for Christmas and they i have yet to come usps hasn’t even received them yet. I’m extremely disappointed and angry about the whole situation
