Like buying from a dodgy backstreet dealer
Bought a watch for my wife off Billy & Josh on a Friday morning. I was promised it would be delivered on Saturday but it never arrived. I was then told by Josh it would be delivered on Tuesday and to make up for it would send me a free watch roll. On Tuesday the watch arrived without the watch roll. When my wife tried it on it was way too small and wouldn't even fit my 8yr old daughter. I messaged Josh who ignored me so I had to pay £80 for another link. The only issue I have now is the watch has been so badly polished that the screw head has been polished down so I cannot unscrew the link. I will send back to Rolex but my only concern is the watch has no card so will wait to see if it's stolen now as Rolex will keep it.

I do take all of your comments on board and will be addressing them with the team tomorrow.
For clarity, all of our watches (600+) are photographed in detail for our website, Chrono24 and eBay so that customers can see the size, condition etc before purchasing.
While we will always try and accommodate sourcing extra links where needed, our stock is pre-owned and as such is sold as seen.
We use the watch register to check EVERY watch that comes in to our business so rest assured that the watch you have purchased is not stolen.

Would consider alternative retailers.
Good communications and good price. Watch was listed as “unworn” but due to the amount of marks on the watch I find this to be untrue, however it was in great condition. The Omega warranty card holder was also missing which is very disappointing. Would consider alternative retailers before purchasing again.
